I'm gonna assume every CP Bleach has ever had including Covers and whatnot would be on it. It should cover most of the pages, not to forget there seem to be some new CPs which the early leaks showed.
Also the possibility of them putting in the fully colored chapter Bleach got for Ichigo's bankai "Black Moon Rising".

Yonkou also said it wasn't Toei, lol. Judging by what he said it seems like he knows Dr.Stone will be done by IG, which he wanted for MHA. Which would make sense since Toho tends to work with IG.

Regardless I'm glad it'll apparently be in good hands. I want Dr. Stone to prosper. Same for all the other Jump adaptations. TPN, Dr.Stone and Kimetsu all seem to be in good positions right now.

There's a chance almost any studio is doing it (at this point basically guaranteed it won't be Toei, Kyoani, or PA Works).

Toho works with anyone that's available not just I.G. Dr. Stone could be animated by TMS or BONES (unlikely) or even Polygon. Would be ironic if it was IG considering they were also behind that shitty Eyeshield 21 adaptation. Still given how their recent works have been less than stellar I would take Yonkou's word with a grain of salt.

Honestly it has to be a studio that's viable for long-running anime so any of the late night kings are out so all that's really left are David, IG, TMS, Sunrise, BNA, etc. Since its Toho that excludes Sunrise and BNA.

Yonkou doesn't know anything about it, he doesn't have insider info. Just giving the vaguest possible info like 'it's a good studio' is a typical fake leaker thing, so that they can claim they were right no matter what gets announced. If he actually knew the studio he would've said.
