I know, I implied more that it went even more downhills when TG:RE existed and what it ended up to be. TG was quite fine imo, TG:RE however .. xD

Well, I agree TG:re was not up to the level of TG as a whole but i still liked it a lot back then because # ETO.....Once she was given sidelined death, I basically cared less and when she was brought back as puppet, TG went down on my list.
But overall, still quite a decent manga , even TG:re..just forget last arc existed.

I hesitated to include it too in my list, Rurouni kenshin is likely the 1st manga i read with Dragon quest : adventure of Dai (which i totally forgot ) and city hunter. I did read kenshin bc of the awesomeness of ova , which are prolly among my faves animes. definitely on my Honorable mention list with Monster, totsukuni, chihayafuru, st seiyaa haikyuu, opm, Mha (only know the Hq, Mha & opm anime).

Wanted FT to go higher for the salt. Thankfully there's more trigger manga out there.

Good to see my 10 pointer still afloat. I know who shares it too, his best scouting to date, it's better than that bird mango

What really captivated me in Naruto was the fact it contained freaking ninjas who could breath fire and summon giant frogs (plus that rock lee vs gaara fight T_T). Let's be honest, who didn't try to form hand seals and scream "Katon! Goukakyu no jutsu!" at some point of their life ...

Sadly it lost these subtle elements in the last arc.

I still can do the handseals for Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu and Raikiri.

Tokyo Ghoul is my favourite manga

But this time I gave preference to quality over personal emotions.

All other manga in my list are quality wise better.


Otherwise would have gave it 10/10.(like my rating in MAL).

Well, technically that but I meant TG as whole.

I may have made a mistake, because I thought Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:re are treated separately since it's the case on MAL and bakaupdates. As a whole, Tokyo Ghoul is one of the most disappointing series I read, mainly due to TG:re. But Tokyo Ghoul (the first part) is definitely top notch in my view. TG:re is shit, literally.

I think that most people like OPM not because of the plot, but because of everything else in it: the artstyle, the characters and the amazing fight scenes. If I was looking for heavier and character centered tale from ONE, it would be Mob Psycho 100. But I would never look for those things in OPM because it's mostly about great parodies of shonen fight manga and anime.

Despite this, OPM would have been an even greater series if it has a strong plot. So I can see why.
