??? Exorcist series set in modern times.
Jujutsu Kaisen
Twin Star Exorcists
BLue Exorcists
Owari no Seraph
BLeach
et cetera
Not saying that Exorcist manga can’t exist in modern times. Those were two separate thoughts that I didn’t do a good job separating

While this drop is awful, isnt that what usually happens with monthly manga sales for non-flops? Since they take ages to get to another volume plus they take a whole month for 1 chapter release, which isnt really a good thing to keep attention.

60% of sales decrease from first volume is a big number. If this was any other series, it would've been cancelled already. Series have been cancelled for way less. It holds on ONLY because of Naruto's name recognition. Another 30-60k decline over another 2 volumes and you can be sure it'll be removed or at the very least, taken off WSJ to maybe Jump Plus or something.

You mean Jump Square, which is Monthly Shonen Jump basically? Shueisha is in dire need to help SQ anyway.

I think you misunderstood something. That's the part in which they talk about the new manga in case you don't want to listen to the whole podcast....
