Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

See, now there's a good cover. Man, that was epic when it came out.

Here's a wallpaper version of it:

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

Well, in like a month, right? Or whenever enough new chapters have come out for the new one. How many chapters are there a volume, again?

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

It said on the left edge of the title page of chapter 466 that the next volume will be released on September 4th. So in 2 weeks or so, the cover for volume 47 should surface.

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

yay..i hope we will see the mysterious 4 on the cover along with tararan and mario in the background.

@impel down: wtf, did you really love anime babes THIS much. O_O

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

Why would it have Talleran and Mario? They didn't do all that much, Mario did absolutly nothing. I'm guessing next chapter will have: Luffy (duh), Oz, and Moria. Those three are almost definite, although Oz has a better chance than Moria of making it.

And Helltroll: Not anymore.

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

The new cover is out already? I didn't knew it.
Thanks for posting it <3 Anyone know if there's somewhere where I can get a bigger version?

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

you'll have to wait a bit
till someone scans it....which won't happen fore september 4

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

What do you mean, September 4th? And I feel lame, not knowing when these covers are coming out... oh well. It looks hella cool, and Luffy in armor just makes it, well, hilarious.

It said on the left edge of the title page of chapter 466 that the next volume will be released on September 4th.

And there you have it.

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

I knew it was September 4th that the volume was coming out, but I didn't knew the covers came out first, since I started following the manga after volume 46 was released. So I thought I had just mistaken the date. Thanks for the small version, tho. Now I must go and draw new updated colored fanart to celebrate those guys' official color scheme.
Can't say I'm not disappointed with Perona's bubblegum-colored hair, tho. And Kumashi's colors hurt my eyes =/

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

I can't even see Kumashy the cover's so small...but something seems awkward about Absalom's colors for some reason...oh well. Way better cover than the last one.

[Ehllychan]

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

Indeed, way better. Kumashi's in the background, behind Perona. Cindry is standing on his left.

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

This would make a great background, this new cover.

Although, I gotta say, why golden armor? Shouldn't a suit of armor be grey?

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

A lot of colors don't make much sense for me on Thrillerbark. The BUILDINGS are colorful in Thrillerbark, according to cover 46. Thrillerbark is way too colorful for me, but I'll still like any colors Oda-san pick. It's his manga, anyway. I just got a little shocked with some colors in this cover.

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

The anime usually changes the colors anyway, so it'll look normal...eventually.

[Ehllychan]

Re: One Piece Volume Cover thread!

Yeah, I'll get used to it sometime. I'm jsut not used to try guessing character's colors, since I'm quite new to still on going mangas.
