Why are you so sure that they will continue to produce multiple seasons long after the manga ends? Season 2 is likely to happen, but I don't see any chance for more adaptations since there will no manga left to sell.
For all the talk about beating One Piece in yearly sales, Kimetsu remains a self-contained story with a really good adaptation, and has yet developed an expanded franchise the likes of My Hero Academia. I just don't see how they will keep the interest alive after it ends.
They can monetize of other stuff like events, merchandise, etc. KNY anime might go on up to a 4th season.

Does anyone else see season 4 being the last MHA season at Bones at least?

I can see Toho finding someone else to animated it. But it's officially Bone's longest running series and based on Horikoshi's comment about the second movie being the last, Bones may be done.
The people at Bones love MHA and they have an entire branch dedicated to animating the series. If Bones stops animating the series, something big has to happen behind the scenes.

How much longer do you all see BNHA series continuing?
5 years at least. Horikoshi might pull longer arcs now that things are finally going into something bigger.

I feel like ending at around 500-ish chapters is the max possible for a series like MHA.

Do you have a source for this? I know that in 2016 he said that he wanted the series to be something they could keep coming back to, but I didn't know he once said they'd do a full adaptation.
Sorry, I can’t find it. I could have sworn I saw this quote when he had a anime expo interview around the time S2 was about to air, but can’t track it down.
I may be mixing it up with his quote about how Bones has 5 divisions, and the division that does MHA is free for the next 2 years.

But either way, it seems like they’re fully dedicated to adapted the series.
Unless the series has a huge drop in popularity, or there’s some sort of frame or scandal, I can’t see why Shuiesha or Toho would get another studio to do it if Bones is doing extremely well with it, and they’re cool with doing it

Doubt popularity has anything to do with further seasons. Even Shokugeki no Soma's plane crash of a last arc didn't stop it from getting another anime season.

To be fair, it's not hard to produce a slideshow.

I think popularity plays somewhat role shokugeki no soma is quality is nowhere as good as in s1 and same with seven deadly sins after movie flop they just gave up on it.

I think it's just a JC Staff thing, though. They did it with Bakuman too.
Even though the quality drop wasn't as big as SnS, the manga was already finished when they did s3.

How much will Soma's new season cover though?

Well, at least they're fully committed to adapting the entire manga then, which certain other shows don't have that luxury of having.

The new season is confirmed to be 25 episodes, so they might just cover the rest of the manga.

Didn't season 4 happen because of foreign popularity or something though? Considering how much easier it is for anime to break even now due to licenses that is a thing studios can consider these days.

S4 is 2 cour and there's ~100 chapters left to adapt, so my guess is they'll rush a bit and just adapt the rest of the main manga. Maybe doing the GIGA epilogue in a couple OVAs or an hour special or low budget movie or something.

They could skip some chapter between the tournament and BLUE arcs.

I hope not, the little beach arc was probably my favourite late manga part. It felt the most in line with the early manga's style of arcs.

Speaking of what chapters they'll cover though it feels like we've had a lot of slower paced adaptations recently, while Soma's been pretty high speed by comparison from s2 onwards.

Like Ass Class for example could've easily been done as 3 seasons rather than 2, it was the biggest new series the whole decade but got a fairly rushed adaptation that skipped, what, 20 chapters scattered throughout? Yet MHA's been averaging at just under 2 ch per episode and even has a couple filler episodes despite being seasonal.

Horikoshi didn't say this will be the last BNHA movie, he said he implemented "something" he originally planned to use at the end of the manga into the movie and he doesn't know how he could top this "something" with a third movie.
"In regards to this being the last My Hero Academia film, Horikoshi explained that "there won't be a third film. Probably." He discussed that this second film can be "described as a kind of finale for My Hero Academia. That is because its story uses one of the concepts he had wanted to use in the manga's final battle"

I'm pretty sure the reason why Souma kept getting new seasons is because of its foreign stream revenue, the first season was a big enough flop that Warner Bros essentially cut their loses and opted to release the series in boxsets instead of singles and there's also the significant drop in quality between seasons in which JC Staff is just copying the manga as is than actually adapting the material and doing something different with it like it did in the first season. Not much of a stretch considering that even the Producer of AssClass admitted that it only got a second season due to how well it did in China.

"I can't imagine anything is going to top this one, so there won't be a third movie. Probably" is the full part of that quote

Not sure if I missed it over the course of the past week, but did the whole resetting ID thing happen and reveal anything? Hopefully I'll get a few more glorious weeks of the wild roller coaster that is Double Taisei

Nice! Super shocked there, but I'm glad Double Taisei will hopefully have some more time to tie up all its loose ends. The current Yui Kamio arc has been pretty good as well.
