Not like Saiyuki was anything really great...
Pretty much my experience, i really liked the beginning but it lost me when i started to feel like "these two still in the same f@cking place???"Saiyuki started out super strong for me, but then gradually lost my interest due to its super slow pace and massively-lengthy explanations every chapter.
It should have had a timeskip to what the final chapter was early on. Wasted opprtunity.Pretty much my experience, i really liked the beginning but it lost me when i started to feel like "these two still in the same f@cking place???"
I dunno about that. Like, they definitely shouldn't have taken 15 chapters to leave the house. I still feel that, more often than not, a timeskip is best used when you've had a good amount of time to get attached to the characters. Once you've explored the current point in the timeline with several arcs, and capped it off with a big event, there's a feeling of payoff when you revisit the cast years later. Especially if you're going to do stuff like antagonists changing allegiances. The One Piece and Dragon Ball timeskips are satisfying because we'd already spent years with those stories before the jump. Meanwhile, I think people forget Demon Slayer even had a timeskip because it happened so early and we only really got to see one person age.It should have had a timeskip to what the final chapter was early on. Wasted opprtunity.
?????I don't think bnha will go on as long as people expect. There are already signs Horikoshi is cracking under the pressure. It seems like he put in a lot of extra effort since the start compared to other other weekly mangaka too.
The only to blame for Saiyuki's death is the own Saiyuki.Saiyuki died for these other flops man![]()

Are we reading the same beast children? The art is totally inconsistent. The characters barely look on model half the time (why does he look like that?!). Also they look very stiff and not emotive. Almost stopped reading after this panel.Saiyuki first chapters and after they enter in that town were good, but it has pacing issues. Is still a better read than any series that began this year.
Kamio mediocre character and weak story but the horror and action at least make it readable and even fun.
Tokyo and Samurai have a interesting world and the story could be better than Kamio, but anything else make it less readable.
Beast children have a nice story , good art and some funny moment. Is better than the other series but it isn't better than Saiyuki/Kamio.
This round was weak and worse than last one(which is sad because Kamio and saiyuki have huge flaws ), but I see in the author of tokyo and beast children potential to be good author...
Is not a bad art at all and shine when he have to shine. Is not like Slam dunk art or early Captain Tsubasa/haikyuu(or even ole golazo) paneling, but is not bad, he is also a rookie so he can improve in the following serialization(same with Tokyo Shinobi or even Ohkubo). Are we reading the same beast children? Double Taisei is the best of the year so far imo
Oh, that’s good!2.5D Seduction to have a reprint of Vol 1, scheduled for November 1.
Naked swan and Mitama Security are both drawn in a shojo manga styleMitama's author know what is he doing.
they're finishing Saiki after the manga is done tooI think it's just a JC Staff thing, though. They did it with Bakuman too.
Even though the quality drop wasn't as big as SnS, the manga was already finished when they did s3.
This is something that really bothers me about it, is just baffling that the author and editor really thought that was a good idea to the manga be soooo slow like that, even more considering the author already had a flop before and knows SJ very well, both were asking for Sayuki to be cancelled.I'm saying this because i don't see how anyone could think keeping the characters in one place for too long was a good idea
because its code-word for "I dont like the manga currently so I lowkey hope it finishes soon"What are the signs that he’s cracking under pressure?
For the most part he’s been consistently putting out new chapters every single week, with only a break once every couple months.
The page count is shorter than the earlier days, but it’s still a consistent page count every week.
It seems like he just adjusted to working a comfortable workload for himself
If only they picked more series. It's my dream to get more series since there's about 100 currently out there.I absolutely love the MangaPlus's translation for Interrogation Princess.

There’s so many eligible ones. Perhaps it’s a matter of finding translators or redrawers? If only they picked more series. It's my dream to get more series since there's about 100 currently out there.
