So far some solid two-point picks, and a lot I don't even know. Can't comment much right now so this is a standard buffer post.

Lots good classic ones already. Lot of villains I consider the villains of my teens. Deidara, Pain, Earl, Frieza, Byakuran, Zabuza. All good. Not just good enough for my list.

I also considered No Face, but in the end couldnt think of him really as a villain.

Erased and Baccano spoilers are great pics! I also considered Erased, but eventually left it out, because it was eventually bit too obvious who the killer was. Still a great villain though! Really un-appreciated and too unknown! Especially in manga version.

Yeah true, but i somehow dont consider Haku as a villain, but you re right what makes zabuza such an interesting/more complex char is Haku. In any case, that was one of the best Naruto part, an both were forming one of the most iconic duo in the series.

@Ustegius Bip's from erased, is to me inteesting only in the manga, it lost everything that made him what he was in anime version.

@Gryffindor Neferpitou is a great choice, love this character, but havent picked "her" coz already picked 2 HxH chars, if posisble i would have ended up with a top 10 hxh villains, considering how good they are all, had sadly to select.

Well I actually wanted to put Alucard as well because he's ABSOLUTELY a villain, being the epitome of evil. In the end, instead, I went more along the route you probably approve of and picked my favorite antagonist of the series, who is actually less of a villain than Alucard but it didn't occur to me until after I sent my list that Villains isn't necessarily the same thing as a series' bad guy..
