He definitely is, he was perfectly fine, by your logic he is since he willingly turned back Into a tangible form. We did not even see any injuries or clothes torn when the spell was cased, also magic is based on concentration, so Juvia would lose concentration when Chelia made her comment about Juvia and Lyon. that would not stop him from touching her with his hands which would still be cold as ice, even then Mind fuckery for Juvia as well from Invel’s spell. Gajeel caught Bloodman off guard before that with metal spikes piercing all over his body and he was fine with intangibility. Which is always For magic spells, again, Proving Skullion is a moron when his body was completely ash
How is Skullion different from literally every other character who has intangibility? Like I just pointed out, pretty much every character who has intangibility has been tagged because they were caught off guard. It's not a perfect defense. Against Gray, Skullion didn't feel the need to turn intangible in the first place. He just turned all of Gray's attacks into ash. Against Natsu, he was already making half his body intangible the entire time. He was still intangible after Wendy scattered his ashes. He just didn't make his face intangible, so he got punched in the face.
Chelia was hitting Juvia when both were using magic. Juvia was injured to the point where she was on her knees, and it was all Chelia. Lyon never attacked Juvia. You can argue Lyon was about to attack Juvia when he said "I'm sorry Juvia", but that attack never actually happened.
Gajeel doesn't have the ability to force Bloodman to become tangible. Bloodman chose to become tangible when he went to grab Gajeel by the throat, and then Gajeel grabbed him back and headbutted him.
Sure.Chela can also heal herself as well
