I can’t help but wonder if Kimetsu and Black Clover’s mysterious extra ID are actually sort of placeholders for the new series. Between this new ID batch that stretches up to the double issue, we’ll have two new series premiering.
This does confirm that everything except Zipman will continue for three more chapters, but they’ll need to end one more series before Issue #24 if they want to keep the limit of 20.
YNY: I’m gonna need translations for that chapter. Curious about why things played out the way they did in that dream. Looks nice, though, and Nonko’s in it, so that’s another W.
I hope Shibata comes back and manages to find a hit, I rally enjoy his artwork and his sense of scale. I'm still shocked at how bland the action in GOTW is, if Sakano were able to fix that, the manga would be a bit more enjoyable. Yozakura was actually pretty enjoyable this week. For once, TPN managed to move after a long time of not doing so, wonder how far the story will stretch. KNY keeps adding pain to the story and I'm actually curious to how this will turn out, those last two pages were heartbreaking. Fujimoto just went all out with that CSM chapter, kind of reminds of that one scene in Berserk, but damn that was a lot. Glad to see my boy back in AA and looking forward to this new gig Yonagi will have. Horikoshi really just cockblocked everyone with that bubble speech lol. It was a great chapter nonetheless, Mirko was amazing as usual.
I haven't caught up to TPN in a while, do people who read it think it has the capacity to end in just 3 chapters? Seems a bit abrupt but idk the plot rn so

UU: I really like the doublespreads this mangaka does, good focus, has a punch to the eye and does not feel wasted. I also like the simple rules regarding Negators and UMAs. The rules might seem simple at first but depending on what rule holder or rule denier you pair up you can get a lot of interesting mix out of it.
GotW: ...Uhm... that's it? Really? And cool Hat won't join the party? God damn it..... feels more and more like the mangaka has no actual idea where to go with this or is just rushing things but there are so many things that don't sense which I won't talk about because that would be spoilers but they make no sense!

Kimetsu's chapter was nice towards the end. Even though ending the fight from the last chapter would've been nice, I can see where Gotouge is going with this. Especially if Gotouge parallels that scene from the first chapter.

Glad I'm not alone in not knowing wtf is going on half the time in this last arc. There have been some really hype moments (like the one with Kishibe and Quanxi) but it's mostly just felt like Fujimoto showing off how batshit insane he can make it.
