Yea Apollo is mainly known as the god of the sun and light. The others are irrelevant. Buddha would either pure hax or be an absolute martial artist master.

No, I see it either Aries who wants revenge for Heracles or Loki because he's being a bastard.

Forget Greece and Norse, give us something different. Tbh, since Zeus is the strongest and most respected god, he should've been the boss fight. Adam vs Shiva would've been better but I'm not complaining.

I'm calling Odin being the boss fight. But either Buddha, Susanoo, Shiva or Anubis would be cool. Beezlbub will be a weird one.

True, it's just that from the way things are, Zeus>Odin seeing as how everyone from all pantheons refers to him as gramps. Shiva even called him his senior.

You know what would be cool? Poseidon vs Thor. Both chill gods, the strongest of their pantheon (after Zeus and Odin respectively) and have that badass mentality.

I feel like Lu Bo vs Poseidon would've been cool.

I just hope they reserve Apollo for a later match. We have three Greek Gods in a row, a fourth one would be way too much.
Odin is probably final boss material, so I doubt he's going to participate so soon.

I mean, Lü Bu's army entered in the arena and, though they died, humans were not disqualified, only the ones who jumped to the stadium. I don't think a single God interrumpting the tournament would necessarily mean a lose for the Gods, though I can see Zeus beating the crap out of Ares if he does something like that.

I'm interested in Apollo too, especially if his oponent ends being Simo Häyhä (a match that everyone is so sure it's going to happen, myself included, that if it ends not happening it will be a big shock), but I hope they use him after three or four rounds more.

They didn't want to get revenge though. They jumped in as a tribute to die with their master. Aries jumping in for revenge despite knowing the rules would be a complete disqualification move. But you're probably right, Zeus wouldn't let it happen.

Cool to see some y’all from the NNT threads, so far so good.

Finished the first fight, and have to say was very impressed by Lu Bu. I kept thinking he was going to get stomped, but instead he withstood most of whatever Thor threw at him. Also RIP to the Valkyrie.

Regarding the list of the fighters, I’m good with the Gods, though would’ve preferred Ra instead of Anubis. For the humans, I don’t know much of them, but would’ve liked to have seen Genghis Khan and Julius Caesar.
