Top 10 so far only ones I picked or considered. Awesome.

I have to say that as far as Nolan sci fi films go, I prefer Inception over Interstellar though. But they're both great.

[Xadyu]

Sunshine
Director: Danny Boyle
@Organizized (3) @Xadyu (0)

Ayy, great movie. Definitely would've been on my list.

Yea I missed The Matrix smh.

I actually expected 2001 to win this.

I watched it a deckchair cinema last year or maybe the year before (for the 50th anniversary). A possum stole my chips lmao. Told him to give them back and he said "I'm afraid I can't do that Brandish".

I'll never outgrow The Matrix. I watched it when I was 9 and it blew my mind. I've re-watched it pretty much annually ever since and it's always as good as I remember it to be.

I really didn't believe Blade Runner was gonna win. Top 10, sure, but not win. But very well deserved, obviously.

Yes same. When you dodge shit like The Matrix still...

[Organizized]

Thanks for this round Faust-kun and @Brandish for suggesting the theme (iirc?). Was terribly difficult but made for a DAMN good list!

Interim Round 39: Type Moon Characters

9 days and 19 hours left

Deadline: https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?p0=145&iso=20200422T13

[Brandish μ]

I have to pass, since I never kept record of the movies I watched. The scope of this theme is too large to make an exception. : /

I have to play, since I always kept record of the Type-Moon I watched. The scope of this theme is too small to be exceptional : /

[Organizized]

See you the theme after this one, guys!

[GrySun]

I can do this theme, but I wonder if there‘ll even be enough players for Faust to start it.

[Erinyes]

oh ive never get the opportunity to watch the original Blade runner, will definitely give it a try.

Huge thxs to everyone who join, to @FaustXIII for hosting and @Brandish for the theme, it was really interesting to do and made me think a lot about what can be qualified as sf. Also based on the top, theres a couple of movies havent get the opportunity to watch and will definitely do, like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Interstellar.
Ididnt put Matrix in my list, hesitated but saw it too long ago, there s others i wanted to nominate instead

As for next top, i might skip it, i know almost nothing about typemoon, apologies

[Faust]

I can do this theme, but I wonder if there‘ll even be enough players for Faust to start it.

At least 7 lists.

[z.5]

I still haven't seen Interstellar

I certainly wasn't a fan - I'd rather not say much about why, as I do think you should watch it (even if I don't particularly like it - you might well [and anything I say is likely to make the experience less enjoyable])

am so happy that the original won and not the recent film - not that I didn't enjoy the newer one, but the original is so much the better movie

[Faust]

I can do this theme, but I wonder if there‘ll even be enough players for Faust to start it.

2/7 list so far. (@zimbardo @Brandish)

I for one will just be hosting since I haven't seen/play any of this franchise.

[z.5]

2 lists and I don't even like/play Type-Moon games, watch Type-Moon anime/films, or read Type-Moon manga

All of you, I find your lack of commitment disturbing

[Faust]

How did you even come up with your list?
