at the end of the chapter it and a bunch of other volumes reappear from the microwave


I'm not sure if it is consistent. First day it was only 1 volume, next day it looked like 5 or 6 and other than those two back to back nothing in the series has implied it happens every day (in fact I doubt it does or when the assistants where in the house finishing chapter 1 for him they would have been there for it).

It's once a week. They mention it on the second page of the first chapter.

Those 5-6 volumes didn't appear all at once, they were piling up because he hadn't gone to his studio for several weeks. The first issue could've easily just fallen down from the fridge where he put it.

There's nothing to suggest that he doesn't know exactly when the volumes are coming, since he told us the frequency and he saw it happen several times already.

Most of the fan art is nothing but Chris. Which really says alot.

If that doesn't scream "Fujo", I don't know what does.

I don't think fujoshi are so fixated in feminine guys (Chris could even be too feminine for a good amount of them). Fujoshi are usually more into couples.

Everyone has explained the differences already, so here's the list of all reprints of the newbies as of now if you wanna compare them with other series.

And again, we got One Piece spoilers on freaking Monday. Meanwhile no ToC and no spoilers of any of the other manga until Thursday. I don't mind waiting for spoilers, but I'd prefer Toc and next week preview being the stuff leaked early and not OP spoilers.

By the way, One Piece isn't on break next week. Since that would be the 3rd consecutive chapter, I'm seeing it getting the "break every 3 chapters" it usually gets in issue 30.

We haven't seen the whole week's numbers yet, but on the daily charts I think it's been about the same as Undead. Slightly lower on the first day then slightly higher after.

It is a matter of anxiety. I don't care so much about one piece, the question is the other series.
I personally would like to see TOC released on Wednesday as One piece is released on Monday.

The One Piece leaks come from a korean source that is different from the usual leakers and these guys always only leak OP.

It's impossible for One Piece leakers post ToC or Jump preview at the same time that One Piece spoilers.

全量手持ち重版 or 手持ち重版 or simply 手 -> Reprints are stocked by magazine and are sent out only under request, no risk of return

一部配本一部手持ち重版 or 一一重版 or simply 一一 -> Reprints are half sent out to bookstores and half stocked by the maganize, smaller risk of return

全量配本重版 or 全配重版 or simply 全 > Reprints are completely sent out to bookstores, no risk of return due to high demand

Regarding the current poll, I would say middle ranking, which is more or less also how I view the series so far. As for MASHLE, I think its lifetime in WSJ will depend a lot on the characters aside from the gag character, after the "novelty" of the plot wears off.
I am only slightly familiar with Japan's humor though.

I think it's less obvious than Guardian of the Witch (which had a nice first chapter and then turned into a bedtime story), but it's.. kind of all over the place. Sometimes it's romcom, sometimes battle shonen, sometimes ecchi, sometimes children gag series. It might be possible to skillfully combine all of those, but it's not something a beginner should attempt.

And then there's the art, which I actually like, but which isn't nearly strong enough to carry the series by itself.

I think it'll be alright. The parody aspect was only really important in the beginning. It's grown into its own story and characters a while ago.

Bone Collection is fine, toss up between wanting it and guardian of the witch as I do read both of them.

Would probably buy Guardian of the Witch if it survived, wouldn't buy bone collection.

Senran Freaks was something, didn't expected to have this much violence but its really interesting, the art was really good, Ziga's artist improved a lot and the main duo is charismatic, would like to see a series from it, but Nakano would probably go with a gag kkkk

Well, with this pandemic, maybe the jump is looking to invest in softer things to try to improve people's spirits.

I think this is probably accurate, but also I think its because they may view it as a safer bet economically, given the previous run.
