He needed somebody for his cast of a thousand overpowered characters to fight right? That's the problem with these war arcs. If your going to unite everybody against one enemy you need a lot of warm bodies. Or, in the case of Naruto, cold bodies and power ranger puddies. And space aliens. But I do remember Kaguya's name so that's something.

It did get worst, but it was a slow, constant decline and, in its own bizarre way, it kept its crazy consistent.

I'll take the Quincy over the Uchiha any day.

Most of it. They showed the beginning when they started clashing with each other. They immediately went to Ichibei vs Yhwach which was all on-panel. Literally he was dominating the entire fight until Yhwach opened his eyes lmao.

The only reason people might not be as disappointed with Bleach compared to Naruto is because it never aspired to be anything but a "rule of cool" series.

Bleach was never at a high level that Naruto was, so for me the decline wasn't that bad for me. Naruto was still good and had potential until the War Arc fucked it right up for unknown reasons, with mostly Zetsus dying. And despite the hype of the undead kages, they were still beaten without a named casualty.

I don't get why manga writers do this though, they give their OP villain more and more jutsu until it's plainly obvious you can only solve it with plot jutsu
