I don't think this has anything to do with the fourth member, I feel like it's more of a talk between Tristan and Percival.

Oh yes, it makes sense. Technically, neither Team Percy nor us, the readers, know it yet (although it is obvious it is).

That was a great chapter. I'm really happy we didn't just write everything off as a misunderstanding and absolve everybody (ok well that can still happen, but there was a least some retribution). Also, that page of Donny, Nasiens, and Anne getting up to calm down Percival got me emotional.

Yea I guess Tristan having 4 wings is more of what his potential is gonna be in his goddess side of genes

Man I really Donny, Nasciens and Anne stay around Percival for most of the story, they're so precious

Now that i think of it Percival's power is quite similar to that of Grayroad's commandment which is OP but got PIS'ed

Hopefully next chapter we'll at least get an Mention of the 4th knight

Amazing chapter. Percival felt genuinely felt scary, I got goosebumps. Tristan looked cool too.

Percival floating there menacingly with the cape and his face covered reminded me of Brightburn.

Chion being so blatant seems weird. I hope there is a twist with that.

Other than that, the chapter was pretty good! Nakaba is doing pretty well in building up the intrigue with Percival. Think this is also the first time we've seen him fly without the use of his aura too right? And yeah, we finally got a hint of his "Deathness". Death Touch or absorbing life force seems to be the end goal potentially.

Tristain is more low-key and straight-laced than I would have expected. That said, I actually did want him to inherit his mother's personality more than his father's, so I'm glad he seems to be a pacifist like her.

How could Chion not be a traitor though? I think the only other possibilities are he is being controlled/blackmailed or someone is using his appearance. Would it really be more interesting?

It's not that it isn't/can't be/won't be interesting, it's just that Nakaba is being so obvious with it that I'm expecting a twist with it or some sort of misdirect. Nakaba can usually handle two-faced characters without having them wear their intentions on their sleeves, so that's why I'm curious as to where he's going with this.

Exactly! As to why Tristan's attack was less effective against Percy, it's simply because the latter was taping into the tremendous power that makes him one of the 4KoA.

I wonder if Tristan learned his swordsmanship from his Uncle. He was pretty quick on the draw with his blades, much like Zeldris. Plus, Cusack, Zel's teacher, was the only prominent dual wielder in NNT. Probably unlikely, but it'd be a decent piece of continuity.

This chapter had more in it then I was expecting. Tristan doesn't seem to have either of his parent's personality, so I'm curious how he'll develop down the line. Still don't see how Chion is gonna hide his actions here. And it's cool to see what Percy's ability is. I know people are saying Percy spoke the language of the demons, but I think it might be a different language, though it wouldn't be surprising that Meliodas didn't teach Tristan any of it. Curious why Tristan thought Percy could be a demon if he was under the assumption that he was a knight of Chaos? Wonderful to see the others get back up and defend Percy, and it's kind of weird that Donny refers to Meliodas as "their" king... And perhaps it's because of their age, but I would have assumed Tristan's group would be holy knights apprentices, though I could just be reading into Donny's comment more then needed.

When Percival’s friends believed in him he came back to life and got stronger from their hope so Whatever Percival did to Chion is likely what happens when Percival loses hope and that’s the power the prophecy said would destroy the world.

Also I’m annoyed by how oblivious everyone is to Chion clearly being evil.

I just reread the chapter and it looks like Percival’s touch was working similarly to the pacifist commandment which means had Tristan not acted as fast as he did Percival likely would have killed Jade.
