Or well...they've gotten weaker.Meliodas isn't stronger than the DK and SD by himself. Not anymore at least. But everyone is probably stronger than they were 16 years ago.

Yeah yeah yeah, imagine Arthur bringing out and separating the Estarossa personality from Mael. Esta was one of the best of ten Commandments and would love to see his returnDepending on what happens/were told in next chapters and later story, Arthur’s reality warping powers have limits for living beings seeing as galand and mela have different appearances which shouldn’t be necessarily if arthur is a true reality warper. Or maybe he’s become a super ~~saiyan~~ racist and morphed their original appearances to more humam forms while leaving them distinguishable as being otherwise because they were demons

Also, I hope he brings back all ten commandments just because it’d be interesting seeing his warped versions of the still living members like Zeldris (and maybe derriere and monspeet because I feel like mael reincarnated both of them but I gotta double check edit: it wasn’t monspeet but oslo that he reincarnated) and members who never truly existed like estarossa. It’d be pretty cool to see a sane estarossa since there’s no way arthur could be aware of how fucky wucky uwu the estarossa personality was
No wayOr well...they've gotten weaker.
. Especially when the series ended with them learning about the potential threat that Arthur could become with Chaos.
True, which is why I assume Arthur probably gave them a similar boost. Afterall, the commandments were basically just pieces of power, and we saw what a piece of Chaos' power did to Cath - allowed him to easily go up against the Seven Sins more or less at their peak.No more Commandments, Meli destroyed them.
Yeah, the ones mentioned by Ardbeg. Arthur being there right after to recruit people seems a little too convenient.Which Demon attacks are you talking about? The one Ardd mentioned?
They don't only want to kill the KoA but the Sins as well so Mel is among their targets.
Maybe they were taking it easy since they were practically enjoying Peaceful Times before all this Sequel Content and now put all their hopes in the 4 Knights of Prophecy? No way. Especially when the series ended with them learning about the potential threat that Arthur could become with Chaos.

Yeah I think they'll have some new gimmick from their new Chaos powers.Afterall, the commandments were basically just pieces of power, and we saw what a piece of Chaos' power did to Cath - allowed him to easily go up against the Seven Sins more or less at their peak.
Arthur is staying camelot because he’s a racist who thinks all non-camelotian woman are whores spawned by the devil who exist simply to seduce and bring to ruin his God blessed country’s menI've said it before, as others have, but I just do not understand why Arthur isn't taking independent action. By resurrecting Galand & Melascula and giving them brand new powers, he's essentially demonstrated that he's already at the level of the Gods.
So why doesn't he just go to Liones himself? I don't think the entire brigade of the sins, their allies, and the young apocalypse knights together could even stop him. He could achieve his objective of wanting to ensure humanity dominates Britannia in like.. one day lol but chooses to stay in Camelot searching for a wife?
Maybe he's just playing with his food, or it's Nakaba just forcing Arthur to non-aggressive so the plot can progress (just like what he did with the DK/SD..)
But seeing Galand/Melascula back is kinda hype, they were arguably the funniest duo out of the commandments and with new demonic/chaos (?) powers they'll be a serious threat - we'll probably see some of the sins reunite to defeat them I bet.

He still has his Assault Mode, but where his PL is? I have no clue - Meliodas PL practically depends on Nakaba's mood. If I had to take a guess, I'd say he's at least as strong as he was back when leading the ten commandments, maybe if not more because of purgatory.

Wait what? Where was this said or implied? Didn't Arthur want the coffin to seal Liones away from Britannia, not to release himself?
And at this point, can the coffin REALLY seal the Chaos entity? I doubt it.

I don't think Commandments gave you power boosts. At least individually. They were more like additional special abilities which were pretty unbalanced overall. And also double edged swords because they could work against you too. While Love, Piety and Pacifism were strong, Truth as well. The others were pretty much useless.True, which is why I assume Arthur probably gave them a similar boost. I'm guessing, since the Chaos knights have shown a fear in confronting the Sins, and they're not that much stronger then the KoA currently, Galand and Melascula are probably meant to handle the Sins personally, along with the KoA if lucky.

I doubt Meliodas is down for the count, but then, again, Meliodas doesn't have MC plot armor anymore. Plus, if he does die, I whole heartedly believe that it should be later, and he should go out in some Netero or Jiraiya style of way.My reaction after seeing the last page of the spoilers...

Also, is this finally Meliodas' ending ...?
Cuz those guys wouldn't come back to be trashed in seconds like before.
They must at least be above Chandler, Cusack and Ludociel with their new Chaos powers.
Meliodas is sooo dead!!

And remember, 32,500 Lv Meliodas was able to hand Galand his rear in just ten seconds. But, then again at the same time, what happened in the previous series doesn't really matter anymore because Nakaba went and changed the rules for the battle statistics and power systems in this series. He just lost his DK form/innate magic form
Other than that he has pretty much everything
His Assault Mode and previous 2nd demon mark mode was enough to keep up and beat pdk and with assault mode he outspeed TOU Escanor and is probably equal to him in power who pretty much harrased the pdk. Then now it's been 6 years of Arthur's threat so they've might been training in that mean time so they got stronger, we already have gowther who's gotten way better in his abilities than he was back then

I remember the Cusack explaining that the stronger the demon, the stronger the seal. Yet, I have no idea how that works since the opposite scenario is much more realistic. The Ten Commandments, the Red Demons, and the Gray Demons could break out of the seal, while the Demon King couldn't.

Actually, I would argue that Arthur is like a primordial, not a god. Remember in Greek mythology, which is where I think Nakaba got his concept his concept of Chaos, Zeus and the Titans were not the first pantheons. The real creators in Greek mythology were Chaos, Nyx, Uranus, and Gaia, whom were primordials.I've said it before, as others have, but I just do not understand why Arthur isn't taking independent action. By resurrecting Galand & Melascula and giving them brand new powers, he's essentially demonstrated that he's already at the level of the Gods.

And I think Chaos could do it much better, since they came back with an upgrade. Those two appearing under Arthur’s command just hints more to me that the previous demon attacks were done by Arthur to justify a conflict. And I would presume, since they are working for him, Arthur would have granted them a similar boost to their commandment power. I suppose the main question is why now, though that could be because Percy and Lancelot have prove to be enough of a threat to need serious actions.
As for how they're alive, if the Demon King and Supreme Goddess could bring the dead back to life, I would assume their create Chaos could do so too.
We saw with Mael, that every time he took in another commandment, his power level increased, so they did boost power in addition to their unique abilities. Even presuming that wasn't the case, the translation of the spoiler states that Arthur granted them power, so they should definitely much stronger then before. Cath with a portion of Chaos' power was overpowering to the collective Sins. Now these two probably aren't gonna be that powerful, but they're also not facing the Sins together.I don't think Commandments gave you power boosts. At least individually. They were more like additional special abilities which were pretty unbalanced overall. And also double edged swords because they could work against you too. While Love, Piety and Pacifism were strong, Truth as well. The others were pretty much useless.
Even Mael with all the Commandments he had was fodder to King so they would really need something else.
And knowledge. We shouldn't discount that Arthur's side probably has the advantage of information over the Sins, thus the tactical advantage. Which is why I can see them eventually having more trouble with the KoA then the Sins. And I think Chaos could do it much better, since they came back with an upgrade.

I don’t know if anything contradicts this but I think commandments power boost were solely based on the skill of the user so they could draw different amounts of power from. Just my headcanon since Estarossa kind of screws with how the boosts should be mathematically iirc from comments back theWe saw with Mael, that every time he took in another commandment, his power level increased, so they did boost power in addition to their unique abilities. I guess we're going to see a tag-team fight: Galand & Mela VS Lance & Tristan. Meliodas's interference would possibly force the evil duo to retreat.Wishful thinking, but I would love to see Tristan's goddess side annihilate Merascula and his demon side annihilate Galand
This could be a good training program for him.

Or we can see for example: Tristan & Gawain VS Mela /// Lancelot & Percival VS Galand (or vice versa)I guess we're going to see a tag-team fight: Galand & Mela VS Lance & Tristan. Meliodas's interference would possibly force the evil duo to retreat.
I'm more interested if Arthir gave Merlin some of chaos power?A greater power. If they are confident that they can now match the Seven sins- then im excited to see just how powerful demons boosted by chaos become.
If they provide a challenge for Meliodas, they could actually be used to define a new threat in power levels overall. And used to as a way to indicate that the new threats will be greater than what the seven sins fought previously.
Though can anything best the gods outside of arthur? Thinking about it Cat only got an arm of chaos and was clearly at a level above them...so. This new Galan and Mera may indeed be very powerful threats.
