Interesting that Mela is the one who revived Galan. I’m assuming due to galan’s current state it’s just easier for her to move unnoticed if she leaves him in his petrified state. I’m also like 99% certain that the hooded figure is a modified grayroad as well

Percy being sassy and Gawain's reaction to losing was quite a thing. So Pelle deciding to leave himself was interesting, but I guess it's building on the idea that Pelle isn't that villainous, but somewhat noble. I'm actually curious if sometime down the road he'll actually train Percy as his apprentice. And seeing how Tristan handles Gawain, looks like he got the best parts of his parents' personalities. I like the little rivalry between Percy and Gawain. So there was no revival by Arthur, but Merascula partnering with a mysterious human... So people are saying Jericho, but last we saw, she was allied with Ban and Lancelot, so I would be really surprise if she suddenly turns. Presuming it's not a never before seen "old" character, I favor it being Deathpierce or one of his squad. Merascula reviving Galand opens up some interesting possibilities, since it could mean she would be able to bring back other slain antagonists, though as far as I remember, the majority of the Commandments either repented before dying or held no hatred towards the Sins. So odds are if we see any more Commandments on Arthur's side, it would only be Grayroad. That said, I could also see Monspeet being brought back just so Derieri can get her closure. As for what will happen next, if we're suppose to see them as a threat, I suspect we'll see Meliodas force to interfere and either stall or prevent them from targeting the KoA. Galand being dead means him being defeated wouldn't be an issue with future showings, and Merascula was shown a challenging opponent even before a presumed boost by Arthur. So I wouldn't be surprise if Meliodas is shown having issues. The fight with them would be a good time for Eli to make her appearance, as I would be curious how her holy powers would affect demons powered by chaos.

Tristan feeding Gawain the delusions she wanted to be fed was funny to see. Maturity-wise, Gawain is the most immature of them all, and that's a pretty low point, since Percival is a little above average in maturity (he just didn't know about some mature content of the human species given his background). I wonder how Lancelot would handle Gawain, maybe he would be straightforward and not give any weird ideas so she could get stronger instead of being satisfied on her current, what do you say, 'non-existent' techniques? Now I'll be waiting for the day Gawain gets her false hopes (fed by Tristan) get completely wrecked again just to make it so she starts resenting Tristan for 'never wanting her to grow stronger'. There are lots of ways one could go with Gawain's character, I wonder which one Nakaba will choose.

And awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww that little moment of Percival's magic healing Pellegarde was sooo sweet omg!!!!!!!!

Lancelot sensed some great power and went to the castle? Why? To call Meliodas? How strange. Wouldn't Meliodas be able to sense the same and take action on his own?

I'm not even going to try guessing who might be under that clock, but it's definitely not Jericho??? I mean, it sounds ridiculous no matter how you hear it. Jericho should be in the Forest right now???

Lancelot definitely would have beaten her up after her challenge in the previous chapter. I think Chapter 41 shows how he would have handled this (also funny because Percival blames the one making the girls cry as well). She needs a reality check, while what Tristan is doing is working for now it's not going to be the case long term.

The cloaked Human is probably going to the castle and he guessed it. We don't know what happened to Jericho, she got spirited away with Lancelot and the latter didn't even reveal what happened to her to Ban.

Agreed. This actually has me worried a little. Even though her potential is confirmed, nakaba writing her to seem like "Im strong" but gets beaten, doesn't sit well. It's good for now but if he continues to make her a punching bag and keeping her "top of the world" thing for comedy its gonna be...

But in reverse can see such a powerful moment of coming to the realisation that she isn't the strongest and grows to be stronger so she does end up there.

I'm more interested if Arthir gave Merlin some of chaos power?
She doesn't need it. Can you imagine giving the one who holds Infinity and is the strongest magic caster in britannia...chaos power? At that point she would just be GOD. Though this reminds me of something with Merlin's appearance and the silhouette of the God of Chaos. I find it interesting.

But with this chapter things are picking up and getting really interesting.
I really want the person under the cloak to be merlin who was levitating...but it looks like they jumped...maybe they flew. I don't know. But people are correct she defo knows Liones. But again i doubt Mera would refer to her like that.
Though I do hope that it isn't Merlin.

Percy and Gawain...
Please nakabaaa make them siblingggggsssss. They are already giving me brother/sister banter.

One is a midget of a 16 year old the other a titan of a 16 year old, siblings. Thats it.

I actually think Nasience has a higher chance of turning out to be her brother.
Because he was literally dropped in the middle of nowhere as a baby, and we don’t know a thing about his parents.

Also, what’s with Nakaba and grandparents?
They are important to 2/4 knights and one additional character. (3/4 if you count Tristan, but he didn’t say anything about Bartra)

I think Merlin is too obvious a choice and Deathpierce only makes since on the surface. I doubt he would work with demons and I doubt he would involve himself in something that would get him and more humans killed. And I think he’s the antagonist of that new movie

LOL I wonder why people are worried how Nakaba will handle the four main characters who are supposed to become OP. Of course they all have their issues but you should be more worried about the way he'll handle non-KoA allies. Unlike the Sins they are young and inexperienced.

I have no issue with the other knights, just Gawain. He has yet to write female characters to a standard that places any faith. And even if they are 'supposed to become OP' doesn't mean their portrayal or definition of power will be.

Diane started with the intention of being "OP" like with the other deadly sins. And yes she got upgrades, but how did she end.

I think Diane's treatment has been pretty bad too but in NNT he had to deal with 7 characters. It's much easier to handle a cast of four.

Speaking of non KOA allies, where did Jade go?

Oh yeah, I never spoke on Gawain, so I'll say this;

In a vacuum, there is nothing wrong with her being so incredibly sheltered and spoiled that she can't handle a loss of any kind and throws a tantrum. I'd go as far as to say that that characterization, when coupled with the fact that she actually is strong as hell and she bounces back with the slightest praise, does make for a pretty fun character. The issue is, as always when it comes to this conversation, Nakaba doesn't have a good track record with women. Being the only woman in the group, it kinda stands out when she's the one who's overly emotionally/emotionally fragile.

Of course, her long-term arc remains to be seen, so I'm hoping Nakaba sticks the landing here.
