It's a pity Lilial showed up when she did at the start of the chapter. The pest was on the verge of getting smacked over that horn with some truth that she's been long overdue to hear.

Kinda sad that this new FUG character gives Baam more credit than the people who have known him so much longer. I hope the same persuasion works on Yuri (which I'm sure it will not).

You know - I keep wondering why a marriage is so important for Rei and the whole prospect behind how binding it would or wouldn't be to Baam.

If it's a forced marriage, there would be no love or obligation to keep Baam around. IRL there are divorces and annulments. Or just leaving the spouse while married. Stepping out/cheating, abuse, neglect, etc. In short: marriage is only as important as you both make it out to be. Baam would in theory be forced into one. So what? Why not just leave his "wife" at first chance? Or even take her with if so partial. What about it forces him to become a LPB in theory?

Kids? Can't force kids. Particularly from Baam lol. And even if so - flight with the kids and hide then. Or, abandon then to the mom as he was forced to sire, i.e., rape really.

So, what is so permanent about the whole thing? Then I read your post about promises always being honored - which I believe it because you say it (I can't think of a single example of one not honored, but there could be one...).

What I'm getting at - are promises (bets, marriages, or otherwise) 'contracts' that cannot be broken and are then enforced by the admin? Or rather, could any given promise be arranged via a floor solicitor/lawyer in the admin (they can go before them to form contracts on shinsoo...)? Are promises entered into contract under the services of an admin unbreakable as they are somehow shinsoo enforced? Maybe your body rebels or you die instantly?

Just wild guesses with no basis. But, I really don't see the point of a marriage magically making Baam a LPB or somehow likely to hang around just cause.

When I wrote that comment, I remembered one example where they didn't fully keep the promise. You know, when Daniel promised to help White find his clones and then went to backstab him. And White had told him that he would bring back that girl. White couldn't bring her back, so the promise was kind of a lie, and although Daniel helped him, he did not completely honor their deal.


I agree with you about why they hold to their promises. One could say that the culture of competition in the tower has naturally created this value. After all, games and competitions are daily stuffs for tower residents. Keeping your promise can be seen as a necessary value for them. However, when the stakes are too high, only promises can't be trusted. In these cases, there might be other ways like what you described well.

You can come up with a thousand theories, theory is theory, Yuri may go out launching planet in the next chapter because of Zahard's blood, until then, it's just your theory.

Guys, saying that it's possible that they have something else makes sense. But there is no proof of this, no princess to date has shown anything other than physical drive and SIU has never mentioned anything else.

I chosse 'lilial a bit stronger' cause she def had an anima like shilial. I'm not sure if Lilial's shinsoo quality suit her but maybe yes, she's a lpb dd (or at least from upper class brach there since her dad might not be Traumerei but the snake), maybe her teachers or her mother has teach her? But andros def more capable due more adventure she has, like getting chances to be teached briefly by yuri (chiffon sword) and eduan (her shinsoo quality and form)

I don't think it's Yuri that drabi meant, one theory I think is, since baam is given the chance to perfect his new found skill, and with the current progression there might be a strong fight (no, not the level of white, probably not that tough fight for baam), Yuri is likely not going to fight baam and likely won't care of Traum's order, Baam being there we can say she won't die even if she denies...
It's interesting to think drabi might be a guide, but not Hwaryn, doesn't make sense to me for her to come near baam in disguise
Many people there are kind of pro-baam side, lilial is going to be stomped if she fights, so I believe there IS someone who will come, Yuri is not the one drabi meant

I think people shouldn't generalize character powers based on Rankings or fights. Until they reach their potential, they are constantly evolving. Tomorrow may be stronger than today...
