Interesting. It kinda fits with Lunarians having been on the Red Line/Wall first, before being driven out by the CDs/WG. I've been wondering what their connection to Joyboy is, personally.
Yeah i got several ideas on that matter. One is that shortly before or during the Void Century a natural disaster occured causing the inhabitants of the AK to flee to certain locations, the Redline being one of these locations. This forced the Lunarins and the AK inhabitants to coexist at today‘s Mary Geoise location. My guess is that Joyboy had played an ambassador- like role seeking piece between the different races of the OP world.
Imu seized the opportunity caused by the global change and chaos to end the Ancient Kingdom and establish a new world-order.

(Probably not necessary for this case but I don't think uploads are available here. You have to link to an image hosting service where you've uploaded it, or another site that already has the image publicly available.)
Thank you, this was helpful for me! Found a way to at least insert a picture. Gonna check the web for better websites to use for future posts.

Ok here is one crazy prediction:
We will see Toki Toki no Mi effects again and on a much larger scale. Core characters from Ancient Kingdom will come back for the final showdown (yes, hello Edo Tensei). One of the reason WG hides ancient history is because they know that Toki fruit was used and AK in some capacity is coming back and don't want to give them any possible sympathizers. Those AK characters will be presented as Devils by WG but of course will act as allies to SHs.
Just to build it up a little bit more:
JB's message on Laugh Tale then probably says something like "So I'm gonna die but my buddies are taking my DF and sending it into the future via Toki Toki and coming back themselves in another 15 or so years hopefully by the time new Nika is awakened, that's when we're gonna fight again". That could be why for WG Nika fruit seemed "elusive" if they did not know that, and renaming could be just a precaution in case someone else found it. That could also explain how Shanks would know where/when to look for it.

PS: just to be explicit, obviously it also explains the whole "We're too soon" by Roger.

So easily the Roger pirates laughed because they found out the true nature of one piece, the absurdity of the world government being scared of anybody finding it only that it's literally just a piece of junk. It was Joyboy's bluff being one who is said to be a fun guy. One Piece is the kind of treasure that symbolizes freedom and the only thing that has survived from the void century's catastrophe. I bet it was the first pirate crew's collected mementos of their adventure together and how they manage to protect it from Uranus' destruction in a silly way. The idea that started the war was basically the existence of piracy, Joyboy being adventurous in nature seeking freedom to explore the world and the 20 kingdoms forbidding for it may cause uncontrollable illegal activities and the spread of dangerous abilities such as the devil fruits and the ancient weapons. This is why Vegapunk said that he didn't know which side was right or wrong. But 800 years later, the world government still couldn't stop piracy. Joyboy's claim is that these so called weapons deserve their own freedom and could be helpful to humanity's advancement for it can only be deemed dangerous if fallen or manipulated in wrong hands. Nefertari Lily, being one of the leaders of the 20 kingdoms believe in his ideals so she helped create the poneglyphs and One Piece in belief that someday the world will truly understand hence the setting loose of the ancient weapons or the so called dawn.

The Mother Flame is a copy of the ancient world energy source, a giant flame inside the planet. The attack on Lulusia made a hole to the core of the planet, and the heat caused the sea levels to rise

My opinion on how to locate Raftel and the One Piece:

With three Poneglyph given data coordinates of the 'x' of the map where Raftel is, and some navigation skill, i think it's possible to find Raftel. With four, it's a certainty, but three can enable one to find a general field of area of where it may be and then assume it's coordinate based on the logical argument that each coordinate is in a straight line from another one and therefore between 90 degrees away to one side and 90 degrees away to another side. The main point of contention for this argument to make sense is that the Grand Line still has islands to track in the area in which Raftel is present. Therefore, it can't be too far away from visible islands, even though it is surely beyond horizon view from any one island that is near it. They can use Eternal Log Poses to correlate with the given coordinates, they get closer and closer to Raftel. Presumably, it is only at most 2 to 4 islands away from any of these coordinates, as otherwise, the angles would be too far off for them to culminate in Raftel's location without taking a hard extra angle towards Raftel. The way to do this accurately is to have each coordinate be followed by one or more ships at the same time as the other ones. They can coordinate at a distance with their Snail Phones through the undersea Snaill Phone network.

To be specific, first one at a Road Poneglyph given coordinate would either be aiming at a coordinate that is on track to Raftel or up to 90 degrees off until it's aimed at another Road Poneglyph Given Coordinate. Then, I would take a leap of assumption here and assume that it's in the New World, as the narrative will pose problems for the Straw Hats if they have to back track as they would have to backtrack through Big Mom's former territories and so on. If it's in the new World, they can only be up to 45 degrees off course if they are already near it. There are only seven main Log Pose Paths in the New World, so Raftel is probably near the middle of any two Log Pose Paths so as to make it not visible on the horizon from any island. However, to actually find it, they would need to go back and forth along their way between Eternal Pose found islands so they don't run out of food or money. Nami might point out that they could use their extra money to find out what coordinates have already been searched for the One Piece, although asking for advice on it could lead to a trap. Anyways, that is all I want to comment on with regards to how the Straw Hats could find the One Piece. The Grand Fleet could certainly help.

Ok, this will be my craziest theory yet, kinda baseless and contradictory to some stuff we believe to be true , but I like it for some reason.
Gorosei are neither people nor demons/yokai. They are things, inanimate objects that were fed with mythical zoan DFs. Maybe Imu as well. That's why they don't associate themselves with people. I could see how story about people losing war to their household items be comical enough to be called Laugh Tale.

Well, I'll make my wild guess on the next few chapters:

This arc seems quite connected with Enies Lobby/Sabaody, and Saturn is reminding me of a post-timeskip/final saga version of what Blueno was to the first half: representing the bull and the powers of the door-door fruit --> bull yokai with the teleportation powers being similar to the air door. If we're going down that path, it makes sense for Saturn to be the first to fall, just like Blueno was.

Given the lack of tension in this escape, we might have all the Gorosei be defeated in Egg-head, because they're not really final bosses, but rather satellites of the real lucifer-archtype character (Lucci), and that would be Imu, who seemed to have a sort of feline monster associated with it.

This seems like too much action for the amount of chapters left, but it's worth a shot.

Perhaps a less crackpot idea would just be that Imu is revealed over the next few chapters following this "defeat" of Saturn.

Edit: guess their defeat is out of the window, but hoping this Imu reveal is still in play.

Uranus is a gravitational manipulation/negation weapon. The gravity waves or force fired into the planet don't dissipate as we might expect. Instead, the waves remain in the core of the planet and basically repel the water upwards and outwards. Basically creating an opposite polarity to regular gravity in that way. Or something similar.

Just in case:

Mark 0/I - Rayleigh? Has Jesus motifs
Mark II - Fujitora?
Mark III - Shanks?

Mark IV (X shaped) - Luffy?
Mark V - In case it exists, guess it's Koby
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---

Just gathering a few loose ideas so that I can check on them in a few months/years

- Crown Jewel of Hachinosu was a weapon, maybe a sword, but woman is obviously not out of question.
- Rocks pirates had two leaders, Xebec was probably the face of it, but perhaps not the most impactful. He also had satellites.
- We will have dimentional travel (the one below is probably related)
- We will have time warping abilities that will greatly impact the narrative: shanks might already have one, Ju Peter/Warcury already showed it
- We will have an ability related to the control of "fate" as a tangible concept, so the narrator of the story is actually a person
- Blackbeard might be related to the Don Quixote family, and the Don Quixote patriarch is one of the final antagonists.
- Pluton might've been replicated already, and the weapon fired on Lulusia was a replica, while Uranos is related to Adam/Eve trees... this one is weird because there's an alien plant related to these weapons, but not sure if it's uranos or pluton.
- Linlin getting sent underground to where Pluton is might've been a key moment, because the weapon is powered by souls: she gets her soul absorbed and powers the weapon, and gains control of it thanks to her devil fruit.

If the sea level raised 200 meters, doesn't that means the weapon was fired 200 times?

Inuarashi told Nami that if they want to see what's at the end of the Log Pose they should see it for themselves

Well now I think it's quite obvious the sea will be full of holes after Lodestar Island

Hmm. It could mean that it was fired 200 times, or it could also mean it was only fired a few times and that's the difference between the ancient power source and the close approximation that Vegapunk came up with.

Why would the seas be full of holes after Lodestar island, specifically-- what kind of scenario are you imagining there? Can you explain how that plays out and why the WG isn't doing it sooner? (Like are you just talking about story timing or is there something specific about Lodestar island?)

It would explain why it's not possible to navigate after Lodestar Island, the sea is an empty void

OR has countless sinkholes like Einis Lobby you could fall into! Creating incredible navigational hazards! Zeh...hahahahahah! You'd need luck and Fate to get through! (Or Nami).

And if Laugh Tale Atlantis is close to Lodestar, that would explain why all the holes are near there, as that would be the location to fire once gaining control of the weapon, your enemy's island. The ancient kingdom might have been Tottland style too. Who says it was only one island kingdom back then? But several in a vicinity? That would mean multiple shots to erase it from history! Zehahah! That could be why Imu flooded everything. It was an unintentional byproduct.

The Road Poneglyphs would then make COMPLETE sense for their name. Instead of being an X marks the spot chart on a regular ocean, or even Grand Line, where two or more lines could get the job done for locating the site of One Piece, you would HAVE to have all four to navigate the violent region surrounded by holes.

Also, on the topic of the sea level rising, it would now make TOTAL sense why Reverse Mountain exists where it does. If water is forced upwards by some kind of Levity effect, an opposition to gravity... then the water currents of the Four Blues flowing upwards at the Red Line just behind the end of the Grand Line and the mass firing of Uranos would actually make total sense and would give us an explanation more fitting than the one we got. Maybe. I actually liked the idea of reverse mountain being water currents converging, but while simpler, this explanation fits better. Also, Lodestone is an old word for magnets. Gravity is, despite popular scientific dogmatism, a "theory". IT is actually a kind of stabilized attraction that likely has to do with dieelectric manipulations. It would make take total sense for Lodestar to thematically be the last official island before Raftel.

Also, the log poses work because of bizarre magnetic forces on all the islands. I think the dieelectric theory of gravitational attraction, which is another suppressed / dismissed idea that One Piece is sharing, is being used for the effects of water raising. It has been doing stuff to the soil of the earth... and that also explains sky islands, which come from modified earth particles being blasted up by volcanos.

Here's a theory, the whole planet is actually terraforming project. Lots of people have mentioned this since the early days of One Piece. Maybe Imu is not actually of human origin but IS an alien or something similar. Or maybe its a tragedy and Imu is actually the original dweller of the planet and is basically using its own invaders' weapons against it.

Right now, though, I'm mostly suspecting this whole thing is a ridiculous slapstick comedy mistake. It is called "Laugh Tail", they say. But I can't imagine a scenario that will be comical enough. Maybe it really is just simply Joyboy being Luffy and accidentally hitting the switch that floods the earth, and everybody used that as an excuse and went into apocalyptic war mode. I don't know. It just feels wrong to make the final island a joke. But Japanese readers apparently always knew this. . . so... still no crazy prediction on it. That is bad. You don't make the punchline for jokes the plotline for suspension and mystery. It... has never been done in fiction. Has it? If Oda pulls it off, then he'd be making literary history? As expected of my creator!

I theorize Buggy's past will be used to Cross Guild's advantage.

I think the treasure being a joke, having no value, etc is quite a common trope

I think the treasure being a joke, having no value, etc is quite a common trope
But I'm not referencing One Piece. That's the treasure's name. Laugh Tale is the island and the whole point is that it was named after the True History, which has thus far been the object of literally a 1000+ chapter epic tragedy bordering on horror story of evil demon overlords and their secret god-queen/king slowly sinking the earth to keep it hidden. And thus far it gets worse and worse, with extreme racism, bigotry, mass murder, lies, and ceaseless fighting over the topic. It's the center of tragedies like Ohara and Robin's backstory. Filled with tears. Even Releigh wasn't laughing when the scene shows the WG symbol behind him.

And then they reference what the read there as making them all laugh. . . either with or at Joyboy, or something like it. That... doesn't make any sense with what information we now have, which means it is being kept secret for plot-thrills and "suspense." In other words, it is punchline to a joke, and it's being kept hidden and prolonged before Oda reveals it. He keeps saying, "wait for it... wait for it...!" and not for shock, but giggles.

The One Piece being fake was a topic literally in Mock Town, named for that purpose, and White Beard already promised that there is a treasure. I think Oda even told fans in an SBS that yes, there IS going to be an actual traditional treasure island/Ali Baba's treasure horde, or something like it. So it isn't the object of that trope, or shouldn't be. And is not, as I mention above, what's being used as the main plot. The True History is, which is now tied to the island, which is tied to the story's provocative humor, apparently.

Female version of Bonney looks a lot like Shanks, so I think it's possible her father is Shanks' twin?
Haha this is so out there, I love it. (But it's true that there's a resemblance. Is that bc of some of Oda's faces being samey or not remains to be determined haha)

Would be a cool parallel to see Dragon defeat strongest CD Knight aka Shanks evil twin and Luffy surpass Shanks before moving on to the last part of the story. Would make them equals in the final war.

A totally baseless and crazy thought, but wanted to post it nonetheles:

Nefertary Lily is still alive and is dr Kureha…..

1..she always insisted about the secret of her youth (maybe instead of youth it is longevity/ immortality like Imu)
2.. she seems to know something more about the will of D
3.. Have the same hairstyle 😎
