The angel invasion has begun pre-emptively. Their actions threaten to endanger humanity. NERV relies on soldiers with unique connections with their units to stave off the foreign alien dangers.

"I mustn't run away," humanity's bravest soldiers mutter to themselves. The bombardement commences. This particular alien somehow slipped through the detection fields. Normally this should be impossible; someone on our side has sabotaged this system.

We are fortunate the staging area was barely damaged. Pilots who successfully placed a bid, it's up to you to fight off the danger while we seek out the traitor. Until then, all we can do is mourn our first fallen soldier. Now get in the robot and let's get this show off the road.

What does it take to save a human being? What does it take to save all of humanity? "Action," one might infer, "weapons," another might conclude. These answers are not necessarily wrong. Humans do require "tools." However, it would be rather short-sighted to conclude that this is all. After all, we have the Evas, yet our struggle continues only for as long as our pilots can endure the despair.

Stories. Hope. Wishful thinking. Humans need such things to keep on living. Even if it is a lie, it can be a noble one. It can be one just enough to keep living. Or perhaps just enough to stretch out and manage to connect one last blow to keep it all together.

Alright, here’s where I stand, my sus meter is leaning toward Gry.

Sure, Tatsu voted for me due to low posting, which, fine, I get it. It’s Day 1, and nobody wants to risk a mislynch. Still, I can’t shake the feeling that it’s a cop-out vote. I’m on the fence about whether we’re dealing with two mafia teams or one mafia group plus a third party, but this neutral, careful approach feels more like thirdparty behavior or mby it’s just just someone who is trying to play as safe as possible



What really strikes me as suspicious is Gry’s behavior. I remember Gry being the one “with the plan” in past games, always rallying people and breaking down the mechanics.
Now, though, Gry seems unusually passive, mostly keeping to himself and only dipping into conversations occasionally


Also accusing me that i am surface level when there isn’t even to much to grasp on is weird.

I’m not entirely sure about Demon yet.

Vandred mentioned that Demon placed a vote on Holt, but I haven’t seen Demon’s explanation for it.

I’ll need to track back and check that out.

It could be that Demon is mafia working with Gry, and Gry flipping his vote to Lulu and edging pom to go for the vote seems odd, maybe an attempt to save Demon, hmmm or even james, as seeing they are tied
