Did not nullify the durability of Urek's bare hands which was using only basic shinsoo reinforcement and nothing else.Disconnection can definitely do it. It's because of that property that it's such a dangerous ability. Durability is irrelevant.
Durability is in fact relevant, at least with Urek's body and can't say for any other FH or so.

He believes himself someone who can kil Urek and Zahard, by all definitions he is a schizo, even Arie Hon doesn't have such delusions of grandeur.Gustang was said to be one of the most knowledgeable people in the Tower, as well as the strategist of the Great Warriors. I agree Season 3 hasn't done him justice in this regard, but we're clearly meant to believe he's the furthest thing from a dumbass or a schizo.
I don't see at all how Urek tanked Disconnection there. To me, it clearly looks like Disconnection got summoned right below him, and just before it hits him he destroys it with a punch. Gustang's dialogue also suggests that.
And well, Gustang's assessment of Urek there might be true or wrong, but it's the only thing we have. And the only thing we have doesn't suggest at all Urek can tank Disconnection with no damage and no guard. If that was truly what happened on-panel, it's impossible Gustang would have said that.
This is the same brother who saw Urek snuff out the nuch more superior Eurasia blossoms flames casually and yet thought a stronger Disconnection would have Urek thinking on how to destroy it.
Yeah, Gustang lost his mind without a doubt.
And if Disconnection was supposed to be a distance away from Urek then he would use a fist as concentrated cannon like he did against V and the Revos who were in fact what you call a distance away.
But Urek literally just crouched down and met it level below him with his fist.
I do get that Urek or a FH is supposed to be stronger than Luslec but come on xD
