What the hell happened to this episode animation? Did they run out of money because of 241? Either way, I loved Wabisuke's presentation, he's beyond badass. Now, Kenpachi appearing, that was random.

I would like to have full control over water, all of its physiochemical properties, plus being able to become water at will. Pretty useful in a planet that should have been named Water.
