All 4 current Yonko crews + their allies (which for Luffy would include the grand fleet, the forces of countries like Alabasta, Amazon Lily, Zou, Wano, Dress Rosa, and Elbaf and people like Rayleigh, Scopper, Marco and the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates, Law, Bonney, Kidd if he’s still alive and maybe even Katakuri) working together would destroy the current WG especially if the RA got in on the action too.
Imu, the Admirals, Shamrock, and the Gorosei are the only real threats, but they wouldn’t be able to beat a unified pirate force. Even just the forces Luffy can bring to the table would push the WG but the other 3 Yonko also have considerable forces under their control too.
I completely disagree. Let's be real here: massive armies like the Grand Fleet, Alabasta, or the minks are completely irrelevant in this scenario. One serious burst of Advanced Conqueror’s Haki from the top tiers, and 90% of those forces are foaming at the mouth. This is strictly a Top Tier vs. Top Tier battle.
Let's leave the Revolutionary Army out of this for now and just look at the 4 Yonko + their allies vs. the World Government. If we actually set up the matchups, the Pirates run out of heavy hitters way too fast.

When you actually count them, the World Government has more top-tier fighters than the combined Yonko crews. And the quality of those fighters is insane.
How do 18 Pirates beat a lineup of 20 World Government monsters, especially when five of them are completely immortal, one sits at the absolute peak of the verse (Imu), and they have a literal sky weapon (Mother Flame) that can delete islands? The pirates have great individuals, but the WG's endgame structure simply outnumbers and outstats them
By the way im considering everyone at his peak - if just one of the gorousei was there at elbaf with Imu right now, everything would be hopeless - that is the power of W.G - because as we saw in God Valley - in a heavy hitters game, being immortal and having full stamina is indeed a great thing, they won that one
And by the way im not considering the full extention of Imu power - probably of the 19 hv or other allies of Luffy - he can Domi Reverse almost anyone !
