The guy is good at staying rich despite having both success and failures, hence the bankruptcies. But the easiest way to make money is having it in the first place, so I don't know why he should be held up as some sort of self-made man business genius who can apply whatever acumen he has towards running the country. I find that suggestion pretty ridiculous honestly.
Obama ran a much better campaign than Hillary, and I didn't like her anyway. I also found myself disagreeing with McCain's rhetoric going further right than he had ever been as a senator, and him choosing Palin as his running mate destroyed any chance he had at getting my vote.
