2. The media is correct. There is bigotry against homosexuals and transgender people in USA and from the right. Your post does not prove anything wrong or argue against that.
3. Evidence and history do support those conclusions. Your logic however makes no sense. Saying "what-about" doesn't absolve USA of its homophobia and transphobia, especially when black transgender women are the most vulnerable and keep being killed.

Likely not if I pretend to be an LGBT+ Trump supporter. If I don't support Trump, I'm likely to get beaten up for being an LGBT person of color even if I just boo Trump and walk away. If you support Trump, you'll be treated well enough. If you don't support Trump, there's a good chance you'll be attacked.
Wearing a Trump MAGA hat is a symbol of hate, like the Confederate flag. BLM protesters are likely to attack me if I wore the hat because it shows that I'm okay with racism or am a racist, as Trump peddles racist rhetoric, and majority of his supporters are racists. Anyone with common sense would not wear such a hat at a BLM rally given that Trump is a major problem. At a Biden rally, I'm sure I wouldn't be in much danger as liberals love to preach tolerance even towards racists.

Milo Yiannopolous likely used his homosexuality to make Republicans look good, but he is a transphobic piece of shit, and a horrible person, which is why his fall from grace was swift. Milo all in all would have been okay with Republicans legalizing stoning LGBT+ people, especially if they said he was exempt.
However, that doesn't matter. What matters is now, and Republicans passed a bill that allows medical workers to discriminate against LGBT+ patients. How is that tolerant?

and that's sad isn't it? Plus, i would argue the award is undeserved irrespective compared to others who could've been nominated. Its good to support LGBTQ rights but to celebrate it over the real winners who really have gone through hardship is so unfair. We must never have celebrated her.

Oh absolutely. It would cheapen the "award" in my mind since it is just another marketing tool for the Kardashian empire and not a celebration of awesome human beings. Maybe it's just my cynicism but this whole "celebration" of LGBT often turns out to be empty or hypocritical. Maybe I just worked for too long in Marketing to see anything else but lies and manipulation. There might be some genuine goodwill there but business decisions rely on profitability after all.
