We aren't glorifying him, we're pointing him out for the person he was, an utter piece of shit who deserved to die painfully and agonizingly. He was okay with abusing LGBT+ people who died from AIDS, among other stuff. Fuck nice politics when the other side don't even have the morals to be decent.

I think people shitting on him is a response to those trying to glorify him by rewriting history or ignoring the putrid bile this person made millions of dollars spewing.

Think its just you since he was getting dragged on the hiding numbers for weeks (started jan 29) and thats already advanced to an investigation so theres not much else to do there.

So, there are reports that trump apparently did get vaccine. Though the reports aren't that convincing as they are right now... To me it's weird that trump would get a vaccine and not put a huge show about it.

i dont think most wanted to work with him anyway when it comes to spending money

though oddly, in the democrat covid bill...how the republicans still wanted funding for pet projects...yet still voted against...like what are they even doing at this point.

Pretty much. Which is what republicans pretty much say anyways. They are simply doing what they did during the obama years. Take every concession they can, give nothing back and when things don't pass say the president wasn't bipartisan enough and blame it on him. And there is nothing biden can do to change that.

Most of what I've read over the past few weeks seems to be about the women accusing him on stuff. Which is bad but most of what he is accused seems to be hitting on women... I thought as such but then the picture from the newest one is a little creepy.

I think he should resign just because its a distraction to leading and what not...but the people who are seriously calling for him to resign are people who didn't like him in general, IMO (NYC mayor for example)

But it is also a fact that such wind plants have functioned properly in worser climates. Nobody expected a snowstorm in Texas. Texas has no dearth of space so renewables works perfectly for them. If they had coal or gas plants, the efficiency would've been much lower, and you'd still see the same electricity problems. Instead of blaming this on the green deal, the fact of the matter is there is a need for disaster preventness, or a better word for it. Its just silly to blame green new deal to this and say gas is important....

Also, nuclear power plants shut down, due to their safety measures, proving the reliability of nuclear in such times. I doubt coal or gas power plants would be able to scale up the production at the same efficiency as well.

Alright, new information revealed that half the coal plants failed and most of the gas plants did too. Actually, i am surprised i didnt think of this, any of thermal generators will require water to heat up, so efficiency is already low because of that. But the gas used as a fuel contains significant amount of water vapor as well, which froze making them unusable.

I hope Texas gives democrats a chance. They want californians to move there for work, i thought about it myself but the weather here is too comfy. But i know quite a few people were happy about it. Hopefully we see a swing happen soon.
