I think it was a good deal for everyone, really (on paper). I’d still have offered Irving instead though, because he makes Ben’s issues look tame.

That said, I think Sean Marks fleeced Morey a little bit by getting Seth Curry. They already have a guy who beat his brother once in a shoot-out contest, now they’re getting the little brother who’s a great shooter in his own right. You add easymoneysniper, and you have a hella shooting team that’s right up there with the Splash Bros.

And let's assume Ben reason for not playing (sore back during ramp up ) is legitimate. that mean he didn't even bother to stay in shape and be ready knowing that he might get traded. Even Kyrie was ready. When it comes to attitude that's the worst kind of professional player

Maybe I'm blinded by my bias but a healthy lakers would've taken a game in a series against Phoenix at the very least imo; Nets just can't get it right. Respect to Kyrie for playing through Ramadan, gotta be tough, but the team ain't good enough in the end. Also Ben Bucks better beat the Celtics though!

Actually, I almost forgot, but don’t the C’s have Freedom (formerly Kanter) on their roster? How about that? Granted, he doesn’t have meaningful minutes in the playoffs but at least he’s sane.
