As a GSW fan, I was hoping for this outcome since it meant home court advantage for us. Glad to see it realized.

I think it’s interesting that Trae and Luka has similar trajectories in their careers. They went to the conference finals in back-to-back years. I‘m still betting on the Dubs taking the win, and hopefully winning it all. Would like to see a GSW-Celtics Finals though.

Tbh, as loathe as I am to say it, that could happen. Especially since he’s bringing Bronny with him. Golden State has often been compared to the equivalent of going to Harvard/MIT for a basketball degree. There’s really no better place for a young player to land in.

And yes, the LeBron-Curry will hit a feverish pitch if he wins (crosses fingers). And I’m all for it. What can I say? I’m a Curry fan through and through. Let’s face it, Bron vs Curry is basketball’s equivalent to Messi vs Ronaldo. Unsurprisingly, all four of them have happen to be the 5 richest athletes on the planet.

Steph would also have better chances to catch up to Jordan too, given his age, contract and promising young players he’s surrounded with. This is how you build around a superstar, people.

Bulls had a good roster but warriors roster had the greatest regular season of all time. you can't go out there and pretend warriors is made up of scrubs. the 73-9 team, the curry-KD double MVP era. what else you want? Let alone Curry sidekick is arguably the 2nd best shooter of all time

here is the thing. Was Curry considered the best every year for the last decade? he was considered the best only the year he got his MVP. Man wasn't even considered the best of his team when they won back to back championships (quote me on this ). You gotta understand the reason Bron and MJ are in their own category is the way they dominated the game. Every year they're the best, no question about it. Anyone in the convo about being the best get compared to them cuz sheer dominance. Who KD get compared to if he have a great postseason? Lebron, who Curry get compared to if he have a shot to another title? Lebron, who Kawhi get compared to when he lead a team that never won to their first championship? Lebron. Ain't nobody comparing no one to Curry. Not throwing a shade at Curry, he the greatest shooter of all time and changed the game. But aint nobody taking MJ and Bron from where they are unless they dominate and terrorize the league every since year. Was telling sam the other day it felt weird watching a NBA Finals without Lebron, got so used to see him there.
