I would say that he can win without major problems.

I think it goes to Julius,due to Chronostasis. He can trap Mereolona inside the Orb stopping her time and then prepare an Attack while she is suspended and then hit her full force.

Leaning towards Julius, after thinking about it a bit more. I think he's one of the few people who counters Leona style and strength. He has foresight, acceleration, deceleration, all coupled with Mana Zone, which is key in this match up.

Two similar types of fighters. I think it depends on whether or not Nozel can set up his area. Elf Charlotte would be at a better advantage due to her willingness to jump in the fray with CQC.

You know, I actually forgot that Valtos has offensive spells. I don't think it'd be enough to go against Langris though.

Hmm, I guess it does. I thought it allowed him to just go invisible. I thought it just didn't sense his magic and had no reason to go after him. He never really demonstrated the immune to magic part until recently and he got caught so easily, I just never remembered the specifics. He could probably take on Kaiser easily then.

This would potentially be more even. Langris' speed was never really shown at this point, so Luck may have more of a chance. Not entire sure though.

Word Devil should probably be able to take him on or, at least, match him more than Lumiere did. His magic should also be able to handle him as well since Demon God Licht didn't really use any complicated spells.
