Here's my impressions:

Great chapter as always. The explanation that the teachers gave in the beginning was interesting because now we are sure that this Sports Festival has everything to do with being a hero. Anyway, strategy was very important during this 15 minutes when they created the groups and Midoriya knew that, as always he is a natural strategist and I think he is going to win once again because of this. That's my bold bet! XD
In the end, the competition was what we predicted: the band worths the sum of all members of the team. It was not explicitally said, but I'm sure in the end, your own band is also counted, if you still have it. Therefore, Midoriya has many points already just with his group band.

Now, analysing Midoriya team:

Uraraka: BEST FRIEND EVER! She is awesome, she never abandon her friends! I knew it! :zomg
Midoriya didn't like to be friendzoned though. XD
Her function is clear, gravity power makes their mobility very good like Midoriya said.

Hatsume Mei: Any strategy was showed to her in this chapter and we have no idea what quirk she has. Her eyes looks like a sight though, she can have the power to look at great distances. It would be awesome. :o
The function of her junk remains unknown. XD

Tokoyami Fumikame: The most mysterious and, possibly, the most important in Midoriya's strategy because Midoriya had him in his mind since the beginning, it seems. We didn't have the opportunity to see his shadow quik in action much, but one thing I thought is that this shadow is like a fifth member of the team. Besides that, I don't know why Midoriya finds him so important and worthy enough to be the horse of the team. He doesn't look strong physically...

In short, this competition will be awesome. The epitome of strategy. :hip

I really didn't think he would have a team of four. There are some interesting combinations, I hope it will be longer that the marathon.

This chapter was just awesome. The art had a subtle boost in quality. The lines felt fuller and the expressions had more subtle depth. Just awesome.
As for the chapter?
My boy Shouji with that plot point. He and Mineta are practically invincible!BWAHAHAHAHA!Ahem...
Kirishima and Bakugou was sure to happen.
And Im assuming the Iida panel means he's with Momo,Todoroki and Kaminari? Fire,Ice,Lightning,Creation and Speed? What is this? An RPG team?
Izuku's team if only because my boy Tokoyami is in it. Also, Im not feeling Gadget Girl.
Cant wait to see all the teams next week!
Also, Black Chocobo.

Midoriya's advantage might be that Class B is somewhat focused on Class A in a whole.

Testutetsu is for example definitely going to put his eyes on Bakugou

In what is it an advantage? Midoriya is still from Class A and he gives more points, even other Class A members will target him the most.

Whose hands are at Tokoyamis shoulders? Mei is too far behind, Deku has his hands up, and Uraraka uses her hands to hold Midoriya.
Also, I don't see which role Mei has in the formation. As far as I can see, she isn't part of the horse...

Edit: Nevermind, just saw it. Mei and Uraraka form the back part of the horse together.

P.S. Just wanted to express that I absolutely LOVE the designs and little quirks(heh) of the characters. Hope we get to know the quirks of the other students soon. Class B is also starting to look interesting.

Another great chapter. Tokoyami seemed to come out of nowhere as the final team member. I'm curious to see what his quirk is actually capable of. Mei seems as though she's going to be pretty useful support.

His design is the best (what a new thing in this series XD), he is an eagle! I love eagles! XD
His quirky is also interesting, I can think of many ways to use.

What I really liked about this chapter was Iida's subtil frustration to keep losing against Deku and him wanting to go against/take down his friend in this competition instead to work together. And I can see why. If you keep losing against a rival, it is one thing, but if you keep losing against an awesome friend while you have the ambition to be as a great as your big brother, you can't help but question yourself and see your relationship as sort of "unequal". Iida wants to prove himself here and I kinda hope that with the team he joined, he'll manage to do that. Though I also hope that one B-team will make it into the play-offs so to say.^^

With such friends, it doesn't matter whether you win or lose. Of course I hope they crush them all. Uraraka's nausea could be the key factor to keep the others at bay when the enemies get too close. :derp
It seems Mei's items will come in handy and Tokoyami's Quirk looks awesome. Midoriya sure has assembled quite the team under such circumstances.

We could create a fan club called "In Uraraka I trust!". :zomg
Yon can think how awesome it was if you take in consideration that she wants to win this more than anyone to help her parents. She did this because of her strong sense of friendship. She decided to put everything at risk and join Midoriya's team, which will be the most aimed. At the same time, she relies on Midoriya because she didn't abandon her dream, so she is also sure that Midoriya will come with something that you bring them victory.
Are there a pill against nausea among Mei's junks? It would be very helpful. XD

I don't think it's the BEST design, but it's surely one of the coolest which I differentiate since this manga in particular has many interesting design both for heroes and villains.

And I can't stop thinking that Tokoyami is a great candidate for a second quirk as He evolves.
