So only 3 kids outside from class A made it into the next round: gadget girl (team Deku), hypnosis/brainwashing guy and that fat kid who looks like the MC of Accel World (both in the same team). If that fat kid is really in class B then he is the only one who has any chances left to transfer in class A and with the loss of invisible girls group there are at least 4 kids from class A who could leave class A.

Gadget girl just wants to promote her babies but there might be hidden conditions for members of the others classes, maybe they want to go in completely different departments too, the competition is a competition for Heroics after all, Deku himself joined the school because of a miracle.

I think that gadget girl advancing in class A of the hero department wouldn't make any sense. She wants to invent new "babies" and for her that would be best possible in the engineering department, where the classes would be differrent than in the heroic department (instead of villain fight training or saving survivors they would probably take chemistry, physics classes or projects to invent new gadgets).
I also find it a bit unreasonable if by advancing far in the UA sports festival you can change the department you are in. I mean for every department there must be other kinds of tests to choose new students (the heroic department students had to destroy robots). I can't imagine that the engineering or bussiness department had the same kind of test. If anyone wanted to be in the heroic department they would be in it now by taking the heroic department test and not in the engineering, bussiness or general education department.
This is all only what i think, but maybe the author will make gadget girl really andvance into class A and foreshadowed it with that color page of the last chapter

I do not think Gadget girl will join the A class either, she is not interested too but there might be some surprises for non Class B members. I doubt there's ll be a new student anyway but this arc will permit A class students to build relationships for their future careers, since they are in the same school they can be fleshed out and become allies depending on the situation too, pretty sure Gadget Girl will be the one to create gadgets for Deku in the future.

Sigh. So in the end, only one guy(if he is even from it) from class B made it. Im talking about the fat guy BTW.
All the build up with Tetsutetsu and Monoma and they dont make it. I mean, I would have rathe-wait, oh god no, it cant be!

I feel sort of disappointed with that result too. Feels like nearly 90% of the top4 are A class, even the regular mind slaver guy has made use of an A class student in his team. I would have liked it to see the B class rep with the thorn girl, crazy eye guy and air barrier guy to make it into the top 4 to show that A class is not the only heroic class but so, well, so it looks like class B is a joke or a way weaker version of class A. And given that we were told that both class A and class B are supposed to be the same, yet we see them receiving very different treatment and for all we know AM might only teach Class A due his limited time per day (imagine how class B students must feel about that), so it was kind of hard to see class A and B as "equal".

Especially when you saw how everyone of class A made it in the first elimination round and how many of them were in the Top Ten compared to the B class students. And now they were all kicked out expect the chubby one who's mind was too weak to withstand regular class Slaver mind guy's quirk. Not really a "super" result for Class B if you ask me.
More like a humilitating one especially after their big plans to show everyone in the stadium that Class A is not all that hot and awesome.

Well, maybe we will see them later. But it does feel a bit of a wasted chance to build up some class rivality. Instead it will from now on always feel like jealousy from a sore and weaker loser when it comes to Class B competition sense to Class A and that is not really an exciting feeling. <.<

Even without a plan, Bakugou managed to classify his team just with willpower, I think it is praiseworthy somehow. Like the commentators said, you have to give your all in everything you do and Bakugou knows very well how to do it. After this we had Midoriya taking his points and classifying... Honestly, I don't like this kind of development, when something happen out of nowhere to give the MC what he needs to advance. It must be apparent or it must not happen, this is what I think. In the end, he classified, along with the best students of Class A: Todoroki and Bakugou teams. Unfortunately, Tsuyu didn't classify... oh well... But I still have Uraraka to cheer for!
What the pupils and their respective masters want to talk? Next chapter will be interesting... Endeavor said to his son something that lead him to not use his fire power? All Might noticed? Let's see in the next chapter.

Talk about it in spoiler tags is tiresome. Make a section for it at once. So stubborn.

Somehow, it just seemed like Class B wouldn't match up. Since it was a class rivalry thing, it was also unlikely that they'll team up with others.

It would have been nice for class B to have the same number or more qualify for the next round than class A did. It sucks that class A is soaking up all the attention. The event happens 3 times in the duration of the students stay in the school, so class A getting their asses kicked a little and coming back better next time wouldn't have been so bad IMO. It would been a nice way to expand Class B substantially too.

Another great chapter. So Team Midoriya snuck through. And Bakugou managed to get some revenge. Unsurprisingly, Team A composes the majority of those going through to the next round. It's quite an interesting mix. It seems as though we might learn Todoroki's reason for refusing to utilise his fire side in the next chapter.

Phew, Midoriya manages to scale through. Tokoyami acted quick back then.

Byakugo makes it through with his tenacity and aggressiveness. That attribute of his bails him out more often than not.

Wonder what discussions All might/Endeavor and Todoroki/Midoriya are going to have.

Well, many things happened: Bakugou showed how to get back from zero without mercy, Tokoyami reminded me once again why he is so awesome and Shinsou decived everyone in the stadium.
But what is probably the best thing this chapter is how Deku now can use "One for All", at least against humans, without breaking bones and with one arm. The pain is still a different matter.
The Ending was also interesting, both generations of the same powers (Deku/All Might and Todoroki/Endeavor) are about to have a chat. Also how Deku and All Might are standing in the sunny side while Todoroki and Endeavor are in the shadows is maybe a hint for future developments or that Todoroki/Endeavor will always stay in the shadows of Deku/All Might.
And angry Tsuyu was also sweet

He's Shinsou from the regular classes = general education departement. And he came and declared war on the heroic department for being arrogant assholes. Only afterwards did that crazy eyed B guy came and he was there for like 2-3 panels, unlike Shinsou who had two entire pages to him and his reasoning why he will "pull the rug" while they are on their high horses.
Kinda interested to see how far Shinsou can come with that plan.

Also is it just me or does BokuHero already have more named characters after 30 chapters than WT after 90? It's like waves of new guys and girls/heroines and heroes who come, are shown and then gone till who knows when. XDDD

Yeah. A bit difficult to keep up with the characters. Atleast I know the major ones so that's cool.

I wonder if Shinsou can actually win it all. I won't be surprised if he does though. Maybe he ends up winning and gets transferred to the heroics department so there's a new rival. It would be an interesting development IMO.

Chapter 30 was good, kinda disappointed that nobody from Class B made it past the prelims, but hey, im sure Horikoshi has a plan for them in the future. I feel like they'll definetley be relevant later on. One of the cool things I like is that Horikoshi is making the side characters important and not forgetting about them. I never would've noticed Hanta if he didn't get some screen time with his quirk and giving him some shine on Bakugous team. Also Todoroki probably wants to reconfirm that Izukus quirk is like All Mights, All Might probably wants to discuss his plan to make Izuku the next symbol of peace with Endeavor

That it is similar I think many people should have noticed already, it is so obivous. XD
However, conclude that they are similar and that it is the SAME power that was tranfered is another thing because it is a characteristic exclusive to One for All and no one knows about it except for a couple of people, right?
Do you think that Endeavor is that friendly? It doesn't seem to me. XD

It looks more like AM wants Endeavor to become the next trainer of Deku once AM cannot do so anymore. Endeavor is after all the 2nd strongest hero of the world, and once AM has lost all his power/till Deku has finished school and become a hero, the strongest one.

That'll probably be too much for todoroki. AM's interest in Midoriya is what promoted his rivalry declaration after all. To have AM and later his dad personally train deku is kinda off.

That aside, I don't really think Endeavor could significantly help Midoriya with one for all.
