u are all wrong if they kill beth alicia will be still alive and fighting, the thing is she'll not be able to "come" back and become an awakened being forever, this is important for the organization not for Rifful or Isley they need to be strong or have strong allies enaught to kill Alicia

Got to agree with him, beth is not really a weakness, if she died it would represent trouble for the organization since they would have another abysmal one on their hands whoever alicia awakening wouldnt change the situation for whoever is fighting her, she would still attack riful/isley or whoever it is.After the match if she by any chance won the number of abysmal would be the same, and if she lost the number would still be the same so nothing would really change, only that the organization would have lost their best "weapon".

I am pretty sure the organization would fix this little flaw with their best weapon. Possibly hide Beth somewhere a bit distant while Alicia battles with Isley or Riful.

But i wonder if the Organization knows about the Priscilla's current status? If she still with Isley or just wandering off with Raki?

No, as far as I know, Whatever, Franky House and Binktopia are still Editing up till now, Silvermask used the chinese Edited Manga for their release, so that's the reason why there so fast.

According to the previous chapter Miria, but I just can't agree with that... It's just that Clare was always way more impressive than Miria regardless of all those chats about Miria's strength(which sounds to me like cheap effort of trying to show that Clare still has room for improvement and someone to surpass).

I've been trying to get a handle on something I've noticed while going through the manga. As we know, claymores all have some kind of disfiguration on their stomach. We still don't know what it is, as it has never been shown to us. We have only seen the reactions of others to it.

We have seen the stomachs of awakened beings though, and while they can be of bizarre shapes, I have never seen this same disfiguration on an awakened being. Not even the human shaped ones.

I believe when a claymore goes over their limit and awakens, one of the first things they do is they reshape their bodies and remove the disfiguration. This disfiguration or "stigma" as Galatea put it, is somehow crucial to maintaining their "center". Without it they lose themselves. It is probably part of the actual yoma that is infused with their bodies so if they diffuse it throughout their bodies to remove it, it actually takes over everything.

what do you guys think, are claymores immortal? ilena says they stay looking the same once they are turned, but we saw that clare aged. the only way ones been killed is through fighting. they don't seem to lose strength (rafaela) through age.

if they weren't killed, would they be there forever?

Well i think either they are immortal in a sense that they would never die of old age or they have a very large life spam compared to humans like they could reach 400-500 years or something like that.So far it looks to me that claymores only age till they reach adulthood and after that they stop aging like raffaela and ilena while miata would still get older.It is impossible to be sure since we havent seen any claymore last all that long so far raffaela is the oldest one i wonder if the same thing applies for awaken ones if it does isley is by far the oldest we know of.

In theory, they are immortal. However, it's highly unlikely anyone would live forever. As they fight, they release yoki and this eventually forces them to awaken. After that, they live until the organization or another awakened one kills them, unless they send their card in before they reach their limit. The only ones exempt from this are the partially awakened claymores. Of course, they're even more reckless than most so they probably won't get that opportunity either.

Dunno raphaela and ilena are fine examples that claymores destiny is not exacly to end up awakening, ilena did live a good 10-15 years after the incident with priscilla and by the looks of it raphaela would have survived for at least 50 years, if not alot more (she was around 15-20 when her sister awakened, she saw theresa while she was still a little girl not older than 5-6 and she was still around when clare became an adult).And we also got the ghosts and galatea (galatea is not partially awaken as far as we know) if they had chosen to live a quiet life i really doubt they would ever awaken.

Lately I realized that I enjoy the chapters much more if I follow the spoileres. It's like... reading the chapter really slowly over days for me, How about you?

i prefer not to read the spoilere,because i feel, uh well... spoiled. I already know half the chapter, so it loses a lot it's punch for me. I don't even like to read the RAWs, because the dialogue can change everything so much. dunno, that's just me.

Yes, I do read the spoilers, but for me it is a case of "I can't resist". On the plus side half the spoilers are fake around here so it's like getting 2 stories a week... or a month in the case of Claymore.
