Why are people so bothered by Roshi using his psuedo ultra instinct? He's been trainijng in Martial arts for over 300 years. The idea he came to the same conclusion as the angels on the ultimate technique makes since. An did everyone somehow miss his speech about the importance of skill over pure power? He isn't anywhere near his students power wise, but has the necessary skill and experience to be effective in a non-killing tournament.

The problem is we know Moro doesn't have to be touching to steal life force. An he doesn't need permission. So hopefully it's because the full power of his magic hasn't returned to him. Otherwise the Namekians are doomed. (Unless they have Piccolo absorb them and get a power boost).

I was pretty underwhelmed by most of the earlier super storylines, but the Broly movie, and particularly the latest manga arc suggest they’ve hit their stride again, there’s more of the interesting plot lines from Z. Moro is an interesting character and there’s more to him than just being so strong Goku/ Vegeta need to unlock the next level of super Saiyan to deal with him!

Chapter came out, I really dislike this Moro guy. To me, as Dragon Ball's number 1 fan, this whole Super is an insult compared to the greatness Akira Toriyama's manga used to offer! The public of this new sequel is clearly more childish, as the characters have to continuously blabber about what they are doing, even though it's something clear and already done (such as by Piccolo when he fooled Cell to gain infos)...

Honestly, moro is an improvement over zamasu and jiren. I don't buy that vegeta would choose to get information out of moro rather than simply ending him sooner. There was no reason for him to want information anyways, its not like moro has an organization behind him to back him up or anything.

Moro being a threat to SSB doesn't even make sense, but that's common for super. ibdint get how Majin Boo or OG Supereme Kai are doing better than Goku n vegeta..

I was digging the new character and storyline at first..but now it's corny. The continuity of power levels too wacky, to suspend my disbelief that some cop wiyh
no ki blast, are somehow comparable yo vegeta & Goku

Chapter 49 is out and the cliffhanger is exactly about moro's wish.
And on this chapter is made clear that Goku ssb and Vegeta ssb are above Moro.

Caught up. I am not too sure what to think of that arc overall but the recent chapters have been better. Moro is decent as antagonist.

Merus knew about UI and he is quite powerful. No idea why he is hiding his strength though.
Vegeta might finally learn a technique that's not just a Ki beam for once.

I was curious about that too,unless his True Powers pose a risk for the people around him he wouldn't have to hold back. That is why he probably feels comfortable letting loose against Goku since he showed dedication and enough endurance to spar with him before,him knowing about Ultra Instinct was interesting indeed. Makes me wonder how he learned about it and if he perhaps attempted to learn it himself before? Would be cool to see another character besides Goku taping into that Power,even though i know it is an intended Transformation for him and the Gods perhaps.

So if these Training Sessions end up successful we'll have Goku capable of using Ultra Instinct at will i imagine and Vegeta having close to perfect Spirit/KI Control which could lead him to an improved/new Transformation maybe? or just some of the tricks that the Yardratarians used in the Chapter but in Vegeta-Style? I guess we'll have to wait and see,i'd love if the Manga was Bi-weekly but at least we always get 40+ Pages so i can live with it.

I like Merus Color scheme btw.

I'm liking this arc very much. Expanding DBZ beyond power levels and exploring the further reaches of their universe is interesting.

That would be an ok compromise for now. Only being able to use Omen at will, and not being able to control it.

Since Whis went to the Grand Priest/Minister to talk about Merus and angel laws, I guess this pretty much confirms that Merus is an angel or at least somehow connected to them.

He could actually be one of the Angels from the Universes that have been destroyed in the past,after all the Angels continue to exist even after their Universe and Gods have been erased. Either that or he was originally intended to be a Guide Angel as well but chose not to or refused the Grand Priest and joined the Galactic Patrol instead.

Well, I don't know if he could refuse the position so I guess he is one of the Angels from one of the 6 destroyed universes. Though, both Whis and the Grand Priest knew about him and didn't do anything, so I guess if he doesn't directly intervene in mortal affairs, it's OK, but since he is now helping fight Moro, maybe they will do something to maybe punish him?Well, we will see, I'm actually more curious about what Merus is that if Goku will actually learn Ultra-instinct, since I doubt he would master it this arc.
