Irene (Queen) vs Acnologia (Doctor)
In around the Dragon King Festival, when Acnologia was nameless and was a Doctor, he was in shock to hear that Dragon Slaying creates by Irene exists. He also displays skill in healing, when he wasn’t a Dragon Slayer yet. On the other hand, Irene is able to use High Enchanments, but not the ones taught to her like Zeref (Universe One), since this was in the past.
Acnologia displays natural strength, and constant regeneration, whilst Irene cane enchant from the very air. She can also use High Enchants (personality, etc.) and once she is a Dragon, there’s no returning to her human form. Irene attacks him from all sides, and throws enchanted staves at him, while he either destroys it, or heals from it. In the end, Irene turns into a Dragon and unleashes Deus Sema, without holding back, but prior to that, she stomps on him, burning him with her flames, enchanted with more power. Deus Sema lands, crushing Acnologia to death.
