Nah High-Diff. EOS Sanji is top tier. Can't one-shot top tiers if they face off. It be a challenge around unless something very crucial prevent it.

You have nothing to go by, and Blackbeard's supposed to be on EoS Luffy's level, if not higher. There's no way this is anything above mod-diff win for Blackbeard.

And Sanji is going to be apart of the crew who will surpassed Roger Pirates who are more or less certified in their status and he be top guys close to their captain's power as Sanji, Zoro, and maybe Jimbei (Though feel he hitting his Prime soon or already). Just because Sanji isn't PK-Tier doesn't mean he get one-shot by someone of top tier. If we see Macro able to give a fight to Big Mom even though we know Big Mom will still win, it won't be straightforward on Blackbeard on getting Sanji as it be a challenge, but not saying Sanji beat him, but it won't be easy given he is a non-DF, so his powers won't go away even if he touches him.

I feel EOS will not take out Sanji, Zoro, Jimbei, and maybe Yamato (If she does join the crew) High Diff to Midd-Diff in order. Luffy is only one who will beat and be on BB's level and more.
