She was exchanging blows, landing attacks and tanking them the same way. She was clearly the inferior one, but that doesn't mean she wasn't going toe-to-toe against Gray, hence the word momentarily as I do not think she could've ended the fight in the same manner.

Irene wrecking Mirajane was along that sequence of events. Dimaria 'wrecking' Kagura did not end up with her in casts or unable to move or even damaged at all. She simply could not land attacks because of Dimaria's hax. And it happened before the beginning of the fight, if you really want, you can consider it there, but I don't see how that does anything but put Kagura on a higher pedestal.

Healing someone does not replenish their magical reserves, I did not argue otherwise.

She made the wound smaller, that's essentially healing, to the extent that she was walking around after literally on the brink of death.
But she wasn’t going to toe to toe with Gray then if she was losing?

It was along that sequence of events? Wasn’t Larcade embarrassing Kagura in that sequence of events when you mentioned the good things that Kagura did against Larcade like cutting a hill (apparently this is impressive) but you didn’t mention that Larcade completely and utterly fodderized her so badly she started frantically attacking him because she knew she was outclassed. I wonder why you didn’t mention this and skipped it?

How does Kagura getting stripped on the battlefield put her on a higher pedestal???? What???

Stopping someone from dying isn’t healing them. Mira sustained injuries from JnH and Irene directly tortured her with even more acidic slime that ruined her outfit and Mira was still magically depleted. Please tell me where she was healed??? I never saw that. Then this same Mira would later go on to defeat a Spriggan in h2h in her condition. This is what happened in canon.

Do you know what toe-to-toe means?

Are you actually going to argue with me that Mirajane's performance against Irene and Kagura's performance against Larcade are anything similar? Because they were not. That's not something I will sugarcoat to make you feel better.

More opponents that she fought = more release of MP, pretty much proving more magical reserves, better endurance and stamina.

Only that she didn't just stop her from dying, because as you said, she performed such feats shortly after. That means she essentially healed her well enough that she was fighting people off right after. She made the wound small enough that it wasn't anything significant to hinder Mirajane from fighting, when she could have simply done the minimum and made the wound just small enough that would still leave her unable to physically move.

And Like I said earlier, beating Jacob is a feat with context.

DiMaria was playing with Kagura and you call that a feat? Tf?

Lol, Kagura got fodderized by Neinheart to the point Jellal had to jump in front of the attack bcs he thought she was gonna die.

Every S12 Kagura fought she got fodderized. Minerva couldn't even beat Wall at a fraction of his power and neither could Rogue with Bloodman and these two are comparable in power to Kagura yet Mira beat an S12 while being severly injured and depleted of magic. That puts her way higher on the list than Minerva or Kagura. Saying she is weaker Minerva or Kagura is crazy.

I’m not arguing against that. I’m pointing out your hypocrisy and how you deliberately left things out to make Mira seem worse than she actually was. Unless you have a good reason for not mentioning something that happened in the sequence of events that YOU listed?

How did Kagura fight more opponents than Mira fought? Kagura fought Dimaria and Larcade for a few minutes each and was tossed aside afterwards. She stopped fighting Dimaria after she was stripped and Sting jumped in and saved her against Larcade. Please tell me how she fought more than Mira who was fighting Jacob off screen for like half the war??? Even whilst Kagura was getting fodderized by Larcade, a weakened Mira was fighting Jacob.

Mira wasn’t healed. She could walk afterwards because the injury that would’ve killed her was closed.

Yes, there’s context. Jacob with his eyes closed fought a weakened Mira and lost. Mira was underestimated and she was strong enough to beat him.

Irene is the top S12 who is way more powerful than any other S12 and her only rival is August. Plus Mira got jumped by both when she was out of magic. Tf, you comparing that to Kagura who was straight fodderized by Larcade, the Jeimma of the S12s and Neinheart?

Also, you would be surprised how fast Wizards are able to regain much of their magic power in short amounts of time. Just throwing it out there, from beginning of series to end. Erigor, FT during the final battle on tenrou, GMG, etc. Even with Alvarez.

Kagura almost was fodderized by Neinheart if Jellal did not jump in...

Why would I list the part with Kagura fighting and essentially getting wrecked by Dimaria? It did not affect her overall performance against other opponents, did it? Dimaria was just mostly cutting her clothes to humiliate her.

How did Kagura fight more opponents than Mira fought? Kagura fought Dimaria and Larcade for a few minutes each and was tossed aside afterwards. I did not say Kagura fought more opponents than Mirajane? I meant it as a general rule of thumb, not specific for Kagura. If you fight more opponents, then you get more feats even if you did not perform well, because you still get the endurance, stamina and show off better magical reserves.

Mira wasn’t healed. She could walk afterwards because the injury that would’ve killed her was closed.
I responded to this already. You just repeated what you previously said.

Jacob was not necessarily underestimating her, he is literally just an idiot who can't handle seeing exposed women.

That is just Jacob’s personality, it is not uncommon for characters to have a dignified personality to an extreme. But that did not stopped him from being able to put up a fight against Mira and land hits who recovered from her previous battle.

Jacob simply wasn't very impressive to begin with, and further handicapped himself against Mirajane.

Erza's feats are canon. Even without considering her destroying the meteor, she did far better than Mirajane against Irene in her human form. In that she could actually put up a fight against Irene's actual attacks as opposed to immediately get submitted against the magic coming from the swords. The Alvarez Army was holding their own against the entire Fairy Tail guild, including members like Laxus and Gildarts. This was the case even before the berserker enchantment. Juliet and Heine wouldn't have been able to take on the army even without the enchanment. The berseker enchantment made the each individual member stronger. They swarmed Erza. Besides, it's not like they actually defeated Erza or caused her to exhaust her supply of magic power.

Juliet and Heine never disrespected a Spriggan's power. I don't know why that train of thought is still being pushed.

Jacob literally ran smack into a tree because he was blind.

Jacob was oneshotted by Satan Soul Mirajane, and Satan Soul hasn't knocked out anyone since Freed.

Natsu wrecked the guild going all out against Zeref. Also Natsu just finished a fight with Zeref facing Acnologia. So he's not holding back. He's simply incapable of using any strong attacks right now. Now that he has the 7DS mode, he's about to use a massive Dragon Force attack. Which one of Natsu's base mode attacks are as strong as any of his FDK spells? The strongest attack that Natsu has ever used on his own was a FDK Demolition Fist without the mode. The second strongest attack he's ever used on his own was an FDK Demolition Fist in Dragon Force. The attack that he used to take out Acnologia was a Dragon Force punch where he literally created a psuedo-dragon arm, and that's with everyone's power. Where's this FDK-level base attack that Natsu has? The attacks Natsu was using against Jacob wasn't even impressive when compared to his other base mode attacks. The attack that did the most damage to Jacob was the kick was paired with Lucy kick, and there was no indication that it was even stronger than that Lucy kick.

Obviously Natsu doesn't need FDK mode to light himself up with regular flames. Nobody is saying that. He uses FDK mode to light himself up with "FIRE DRAGON KING" flames. Just like how he lights himself up with fire and lightning when he's using LFD. Natsu's power multiplies when he uses Fire Dragon King flames. When Natsu used FDK mode against Zeref, he went from using regular fire dragon flames to using fire dragon king flames. So obviously there was a jump in power. The mode is just him releasing those flames. Actually taking those flames up in his fist and punching with it is what matters if he wants to do any real damage. Unless you want to tell me that FDK mode somehow uses a new type of flame that is different from "Fire Dragon King" flames, then there's simply no difference between the flames released by the mode and the flames in his demolition fist.

Savage flames is literally just Natsu's flames of emotions pushed to the max. It's not a mode and it's not a new type of magic. All this tells us is that when Natsu is pushed to the limits, his flames become as hot as Ignia's. Also a crucial difference is that Ignia's flames also have enough power in them to trigger dragon force. This gives Natsu dragon scales that protect his arms from getting burned and boost his physicality to above that of Mercphobia's, overall making Natsu a stronger fighter.

You may be underselling the scope of the Mira hype. If you track every claim being made made, the implication is not just that Juliet and Heine have better durability than Neinhart. The implication is that Juliet and Heine are above most Spriggans and pretty much everyone in the current 100YQ in durability. They believe that Juliet and Heine has better durability than Jacob, and that Jacob has better durability than Madmole. Essentially the implication is that that Juliet and Heine has better durability than Madmole. If we are to believe the Mirajane hype, then Juliet and Heine are actually top tiers. They are better than a Spriggan, better than a Spriggan enchanted with powers beyond that of a normal Spriggan, and better than a Dragon Slayer that specializes in defense.

They also believe that Natsu has been nerfed pretty much to the point where he is unable to defeat Jacob....so there's also real implication here that Juliet and Heine are stronger than Natsu. Which extends to all the characters around Natsu's level, including Gajeel and Gray. So yeah. The rabbit hole is deep.
Oh god. I understand that Mirajane has always been a favourite, and at some point, she was one of mine, but this is just ridiculous.
I won't bother reading back what I can only assume would take at least several more pages, but all of these points honestly just sound like the words of someone reaching really hard just to somehow convince themselves that Mirajane does deserve to be on that pedestal.

Even if we go by portrayal, Mirajane would literally not be ever be written as strong enough to one shot an enchanted Spriggan (who has proven to be superior to Brandish no less), cut up Irene's strongest attack, or tank a direct FDK attack from a serious Natsu. Not after losing to two swords.

Even then, I still disagree lol. There’s too many factors for it to simply be, more opponents= you’re stronger. What if the character fought more opponents because the opponents were fodder? What if the character didn’t need to use a lot of MP? What if you get fodderized in every battle ( like Kagura in the final arc)? Not to mention the fact that not every spell/attack uses the same amount of MP. E.f Alegria uses way more MP than the regular SS does. Too many factors for that statement to be true.

I’m sorry but he fought he could defeat Mira with his eyes closed. He didn’t take her serious enough and he suffered the consequences by getting defeated.

Erza is the strongest in the guild until Natsu gets SF, 7DS or FDG back. You can't tell me otherwise since her her can feats craps on everyone here.

Dunno why the hell anyone would think Laxus can fight Erza tier in a legit battle. She would oneshot him with only one hand and every other bone in her body broken lol. Kyria would also stomp bcs she broke Erza's sword which slashed through a meteor that was going to kill everyone on that battlefield.

And y'all said Kyria or Erza were getting scrubbed by Laxus lol. Nope Erza doesn't have bs feats and they are all canon therefore she should scrub the entirety of FT under the WW's control by herself. PoF Queen is too strong.

It doesn’t matter if he wasn’t impressive to begin with. He is still a Spriggan. He should still be the highest calibre of wizard yet he couldn’t defeat a weakened Mira. That speaks volumes about Mira’s strength.

Yes yes Erza is stronger we know that.

Jacob ran into a tree, right after he just punched Mira up. So what? He still obviously landed hits on her, and he definitely landed multiple hits on her whilst they were fighting for half the war.

Mira has fought like 7 times in the original manga, each time either using a different form to win or losing (Azuma). She just never had many opportunities to defeat anyone with a name using BSS. Mira one shotting Jacob literally shows how far she’s come and that she’s way stronger now. Also that statement is wrong anyway lol she defeated Kamika from GMG using BSS and she knocked Seilah out of commission using BSS after Seilah Macro’s Erza and Minerva.

A handcap he overcame with being able to see what is unseen, thus landing hits while eyes were closed, Mira did not submit to the swords which were more powerful when enchanted with personalities. Jacob did not hit a tree when he closed his eyes. Satan Soûl is much stronger now than when it was at it’s most weakest back then. The guild was not wrecked as it was still standing, so that statement of holding back is rather mute. The strongest attacks he ever did was Savage Flames which is beyond his heat limits with FoE and Seven Dragon Flames. Which FDKM clearly made himself stronger than his standard base form.

It seems like you have your opinions set on this, so I won't bother swaying it especially when it's about me, simply because I don't care enough about it.

Even then, I still disagree lol. There’s too many factors for it to simply be, more opponents= you’re stronger.
I did not say it makes you stronger? I did not use that word to describe its end results.

What if the character fought more opponents because the opponents were fodder?
I see no reason why it shouldn't add to their belt of feats even if the opponents were indeed fodder.

What if the character didn’t need to use a lot of MP?
It would still take time for MP to replenish. Small amount of magical power used is still lost magical power.

What if you get fodderized in every battle ( like Kagura in the final arc)? Not to mention the fact that not every spell/attack uses the same amount of MP. E.f Alegria uses way more MP than the regular SS does. Too many factors for that statement to be true.
You're literally moving away from the initial point.

I’m sorry but he fought he could defeat Mira with his eyes closed. He didn’t take her serious enough and he suffered the consequences by getting defeated.
Why exactly do you say wasn't fighting seriously? It was a handicap he did not impose upon himself, it is his character. It's the way he is.
He was fighting seriously, he simply could not fight to the best of his abilities because of the aforementioned handicap.

So you’re not even gonna bother to address your blatant hypocrisy and bias. Lol okay. Moving on.

What? That’s stupid. Yes, defeating no names fodders are feats but they are casual feats that make no difference. I’m pretty sure both Wendy and freaking Gildarts can both knock out unnamed fodder just fine.

He explicitly nerfed himself. He knew he was fighting someone yet he closed his eyes anyway. You don’t do that unless you’re underestimating you’re opponent or overestimating yourself. Because why would a weaker person deliberately handicap themselves against someone that’s way stronger than him? That doesn’t apply to Jacob. He thought he was strong enough to win even with eyes closed or he thought Mira was too weak to defeat him even if his eyes were closed. Or probably both. But he was wrong and he lost to a weakened Mira.

it Is not like Mira would have struggled even when recovering portions of her magic power overtime. It doesn’t really take much time, an hour or so when using large portions of magic, if all of it, just a quick few hours would do, like with Natsu

The strongest attacks he ever did was Savage Flames
There is nothing called Savage Flames. It was base fire dragon king punch which max heat(max pof). Savage Flames was something in zeref's head. Natsu never named it savage flames.

That is what it was called when Natsu breached his heat limits and distorted spacetime. Naming things is not 100% necessary in the story, that is what every reader calls it.

Just like how natsu doesn’t call himself END despite transforming into END and readers still call it END
