Erza already has a dragon slayer sword which is her Belserion sword. What's the point of adding even more ds magic into her DS sword.

She didn't use the Belserion sword ergo she needed to enchant DS magic into her Benzisakura to make it a DS sword which is why she used the seal.

Acno was playing around. Laxus wasn't while facing Erza. He bleeds many times during the fight and Erza wasn't using full might at the beginning.
Blumenblatt stroke at same strength as Raiko. No Benizakura here. Do you think that attack can't damage him ?

most of the time the good guys doesnt have intention to kill the opponent. i mean do yall believe that laxus was trying to kill erza?

Laxus was brainwatched. The puppets have two solution to deal with Erza's Team :
- Kill them.
- White them.

Like he said to Erza, he didn't want a KO fight between friends, so he asked her to stop holding back. He asked that after bleeding hardly on an attack he collapsed for a second against. He was ready to kill and die here. Erza can't have such resolution facing a friend, as strong as he is. I think it's the main point of the fight. Circumstances.

Still, it remained a draw.

Nakagami wouldn't have been useful against a guy who is nigh immune to magic while it would have been extremely useful against Laxus' magic, given that it has the properties to dispel magic

It wasn't the same sword (Erza has a lot of similarly design swords). One is called Belserion, and the other is called Benzisakura.

if ur saying that laxus was ready to kill her than ur saying the same with erza. ur saying that once she went all out she was trying to kill laxus too
if not my point till stands about going all out without kill them.

For me, no difference. But he did not as he had no strength anymore. He felt unconscious. He couldn't stay on his feets. Kyria was about to eat him. Laxus is not suicidal. Even for two steps, showing little strength is not a win if he remains unconscious. He can fall directly and stay conscious : this is a Win. He can walk three steps and being unconscious, I don't consider that a Win.
Then, Erza admitted defeat. Laxus admitted defeat. Kyria saw a tie.

1. Not an excuse since PoF Erza is legit a thing 2. Who is making excuses now...lol (don't really see how you can hold back on throwing swords, but okay), 3. Christina did not knock him out the sky and barely pushed him a few inches. Christina is also a ship his weakness. FT characters already stated it was an impossible task despite Gild being right there as well ergo Erza >>>> Gild while under PoF.

She used a 2DS swords bcs they are stronger than her regular plain old swords. How many times do I have to reiterate this? Lol. He said DS weapon bcs it's a DS weapon. DS magic doesn't have any advantage over humans.
