Just to clarify, what matters the most is your points. 3 points per victory. The + and - signs are for when two people are tied.

Say you won a match 5-0, all your team members winning. That's +5 games.
Say you won a match 4-1, all your team members save one winning. That's +1 game.

If by some miracle two players tie, both of them get +3 points, and +3 games because of their manliness.

I thought about just making each match worth 3 points, instead of only counting team victories, but this way it resembles the world cup and I'm a soccer addict.

Lets say you only have 140 points..and you need a team of 7

If you play against someone with a higher number, you lose. In doubles, player numbers are added up.

You choose all the feats, 1 effect, or 1 aura for each character per match.

[Feat] = A feature that is specific to the character himself. Happens automatically as the match begins. Does not matter how many there are.
[Effect] = A player technique or skill.
[Aura] = An aura that a character may have in the series

Lol. Calm down, no one is going to pick Sanada besides you(probably).

You really think Yuki ought to be banned? I think the high schoolers can still beat him.

Also, should we go with the only 1 person from each school rule as well?

Your list is a great idea. I just changed three things in there. Echizen's value, Kadowaki's and Richard's.

Just one thing, we should have each person only acquiring three/four characters at each post so that it's more fair for everyone, or else whoever posts first is going to build the best team. Also, they have to wait until two more people have bought their characters before they post their second post. Just to keep it fair.

So, each person can only buy 3 characters in their first post, and 4 in their second. Are you okay with that? (If you are, you can go ahead and buy your first three players in your next post.)

I updated my list and added more accurate numbers. Alright my first three are Sanada, Tachibana, and Akutsu. I mean I already picked my 7, so what's the big deal lol You need to have added up 140 points or under. That makes everything change.

Actually to make it easier, I will cross out the players who are taken.

Edit:

Everyone create a team of 7 that has no more than 140 points, and I will update the list.

Also, I updated the list to include Kazuya, Irie, Oni, Kajimoto, and Wakato.

Edit Edit:

Thanks to Sherlock, I'm getting ideas.
Everyone put your team in your sig, like me.

But one thing.
For example, Oishi and Kikumaru has the same value in singles and doubles? That's not fair.
And Renji better than Fuji?A list very subjective and not fair, in my opinion

Kintaroh (23)
Gin (20.5)
Bunta (19)
Ootori (8)
Kurobane (8.5)
Minami (?)

S3: Kintaroh
D2 Bunta-Ootori
S2: Fuji
D1: Kurobane-Minami
S1: Gin

Yes, better by 0.5. Let's move on now. An objective list in impossible, and quite frankly, this is the most accurate list any of us are going to come up with.

Hmm

Echizen(60)
Yukimura (35)
Atobe (25)
Oshitari (18)

Is this fine?
You need 7 players Atobe lol. Those 4 come to 138 points..

Guys, come on lol Bowser you can't have Kirihara and Renji, they are both Rikkaidai.

Fayte said:
Note: You can have ONLY ONE player per school.
Also, check my post for updates, not the old quote.

Edit:
I also just took Kajimoto instead, so Sengoku is back up. I realized I had two yamabuki's lol

The way I'll do it is the first person to make a team of 7 with 1 person from each school, that person gets to keep whoever they pick.

Edit: Sorry guys, Atobe stole Richard. Now you all need to find someone else.

Since we all seem to be taking 7 characters at a time now instead of 4 then 3...

Niou(22)
Momo (16)
Kazuya(60)
Kadowaki(2)
Kenya (14.5)
Ootori (8)
Mizuki (9.5)

132 points.

Singles 3=Mizuki
Doubles 2=Niou/Momoshiro
Singles 2=KADOWAKI. FEAR THE KADOWAKI. YES HIS NAME IS SPELLED WITH A "THE"
Doubles 1=Kenya/Ootori
Singles 1=Kazuya.

So, should we do something like if the characters win in a match in the manga, their value increases/when they lose it drops one point? So that way, buying a horrible character right now might be worth it if you pick the right characters. And it adds a whole new "OH CRAP" level to surprise wins in the manga every month, lol.

Yeah I guess we can do that. Starting at what point in the manga though? Now? Or are you talking like if a Fuji happens to play a Niou in our game and Fuji wins, he gets increased? That isn't fair for some characters like Kadowaki or Echizen. Kadowaki never won, and Echizen never lost.

Yeah, I mean like...

Say Kadowaki beats Tachibana
Then Kadowaki gains X points.

That's why I meant to ban Echizen. And as for the minor characters, that's the thing. If you KNOW they are going to lose all the time, don't pick them. Part of strategy.

Also, we can have a system like this for increasing points: +1 point if the character is currently stronger in here than the character he beat.

Example:

Niou(21) beats Momo(16)

Niou gains 1 point.

And if a character beats someone stronger than him...He should get the difference between the two of them divided by 2.
Niou(21) beats Kaguya(60)
60-21=39/2=19.5
Niou gains 19.5 points.

What do you think?

And yes, I was thinking of starting to count from now on.

Oops. God damnit, im awful. Please add me in and cross out these names

Renji (25.5) Rikkai
Shiraishi (24.5) Shitenhouji
Krauser (20) Nagoya
Tezuka (27) Seishun Gakuen
Hiyoshi (17.5) Hyoutei Gakuen
Tanishi (6.5) Higa Chuu
Sengoku (15) Yamabuki
Total: 136

Single 3: Tanishi
Double 2: Renji + Krauser
Single 2: Tezuka
Double 1: Shiraishi + Sengoku
Single 1: Hiyoshi

Choosing Momo is actually a good choice, he has plot hax, he'll get screen time and play. Damn.

How would Momo (16) beat Niou (21) in our game? He is a lower number..
