I think Tezuka should have a Dinosaur Killer ability, to automatically defeat Ryoga.
I mean, if Ryoga is playing Tezuka, that means the movie is canon. If the movie is canon, then Tezuka can kill dinosaurs. I don't think Ryoga can take Dinosaurs to the face.
