You didn't write down the transfer number before? That sucks, but there might still be a way. You can write support and give them your username, birthday etc. (basically the important info from your old account, so that they can identify it). They might also ask about Servants you own and/or use regularly. Never had to do this myself, but heard from a number of people who managed to recover their account thanks to that. Losing all your progress is just awful, so I hope they can help you =/I feel like having a meltdown. Got my new device, downloaded Fate, but can't get my old account/info because my old device is outdated and the game won't load on that so I can attempt to transfer data. I'll have to start from the beginning. Only servant I have is Mash.

You can contact them at [email protected] , so shoot them an email with your username, birthday, any servants you remember being in your supports etc. and fingers crossed they can help you out!ABSOLUTELY THIS. Yeah they asked a whole bunch of other questions so fingers crossed. Some of the questions are so precise though. What date you first started playing. What date you last logged in. It's crazy they actually think people memorise this stuff lol.
I think they do this because you "can" see your login streak and something like that, but still it is very unreasble.
From what I have gathered a lot of the bad QoL FGO has (such as being slower than E7) is because the engine is so old but everything was built on it. There are some things they want to do (like Noble Phantasm Combo Animations) that they aren´t even sure are possible thanks to this old ass engine.That's a big ripperoni
