Favorite Movie Soundtracks/Songs

I really like the soundtracks of Fight Club and The Social Network. Both films are by David Fincher but the composers are different. Both soundtracks just sound really different from what you'd find in other movie soundtracks.

Another film with a good soundtrack, and one which I saw not too long ago, was Drive. It had a very weird (considering the film) soundtrack which consisted of mostly electropop music. It definitely added to the style of the movie.

I like the Drive soundtrack. Looks like the director going for an 80's style music theme. Reminds me of GTA Vice City. I also like the music off of Tron Legacy.

Sunshine OST - The Surface Of The Sun 'HD'


How the music is building up to a climax, is very great. This is probably one of my most favourite recent one (same composer of Kick Ass music)

Incidentally, it reminded me of another track that I find quite beautiful :

The soundtrack to Drive is phenomenal IMO (Nightcall, Under Your Spell, A Real Hero, Oh My Love, Tick of the Clock, I Drive)

Once Upon a Time in the West - I actually prefer this to Ennio Morricone's work on the Dollars Trilogy (just as good a movie as those three as well)


My favorite soundtrack of all time has got to be Blade Runner's though, Vangelis ftw (Main Titles, Love Theme, Memories of Green, Blade Runner Blues, End Titles)

It just has that perfect 80s synth thing going on. It's perfect for the noirish, cyberpunk setting of the movie.

Social Network and There Will Be Blood have great soundtracks too.

I just watched “Mirror Mirror”. I enjoyed watching the movie, and another thing that I enjoyed was the song at the end of the movie. In fact, I enjoyed that song so much that I’m going to add it to my list of favorite movie songs.


The song is nice and catchy. I like it and I have a feeling I will have that song stuck in my head for a good while.

The movie was pretty cool, I enjoyed watching it, but the greatest thing about “The Forbidden Kingdom” is its soundtrack. The OST of this movie is fantastic, one of my favorites indeed.
