This fight is unnecesserarly dragged on. Ginki is pullin' out another drug one after the other, this is getting repetitive and the fact that Gama didn't cut him down like his previous opponent's surprised me. Gama just cut him down already and move on with the story.

Obvious is obvious, I mean come on who here didn't see Gama outclassing him only to have Ginki die due to side effects of the drug and not be killed by Gama? This fight was overly long and Gama didn't really whip out any new techniques or anything overly impressive. I am pretty disappointed in this fight.

Just started reading this last week. 37 chapters later, I have to say I'm impressed. It's like Kenshin without the romantic side of things....which makes it better and worse in some regards. Still I really like this manga, and have to give my kudos to the translator for doing such a good job.

Chapter 102 Raw

Good, the Ginki fight is finally over.

We move to Sen & Zen where they find the aftermath of the Sickle and Chain badass guy who now works for the Muho school so he can fight Gama. He's following after the near death Ginki but obviously someone either the Sen & Zen pair will find him or the already tired Gama.

Gama and him have some unfinished business, but we just saw Gama fight. Sen & Zen could be the ones to cross his path, but I feel Sen is just too strong for him, but I guess it would allow us to see Zen's growth.

Ginki was sorta pathetic at the end, but that was expected.

Muraku is really badass!!! Finally we will see a great fight after the time skip...

I wonder when Zen and Shin will get a chance to show their skills, but whatever. Gama will have a decent bout now.

It seems like Gama will have to show off his skills really soon. And that against an opponent who isn't hyped up for nothing (I'm looking at you Ginki). What happened to Gama? Did he really become soft over the time skip....He should have finished him off on the spot without mercy or an excuse. I hope that Muraku will turn him into the cold swordsman that he used to be thanks to his bloodlust!!!

Gama was always like that, where have you been? See back to the archer dude in the beginning. He just wants to win, killing is optional, except when its personal. Hes not a lunatic that kills everyone who challenges him to a fight. He sure isn't going to kill a cripple who can't fight anymore.

I think Gama, Zenmaru and everyone will meet back up next chapter. Plus I think its Shinnojou's turn to show off a little bit. Plus I wouldn't mind seeing Kashitarou (I think that's his name) do a little fighting.

I know that myself that Gama always acts like that. You can't compare it with the Archer dude since this time it's a different situation, unlike back then, it was a tournament. Were he had to defeat his opponents in order to advance to the next round. But now Gama and the others are in a War with the Muhou school, showing pity to your enemy could be fatal....

I don't know but Ginki vs. Gama wasn't one of my favorite battle so far. It felt like dragged and repetitive. Both going one step beyond. I do like how Gama acted after the battle. He has shown maturity. Next up the bald guy, too early to take on another strong opponent. Guess, its the best way for Gama to become more powerful.

It seems like Jinsuke and his advisors had a meeting. And that one of the advisor 'threatened' the other; not to touch Iori. It seems like there is some tension between them but nonetheless Iori made an appearance and is waiting for the others in their hideout!!
