Did you notice that Toei used the same sound for the final clash between Ace and Teach's powers and for Luffy's Haōshoku Haki ?

You can watch the first 30 seconds and get a glimpse of the luffy / ace flashback, but you can skip the rest without regret

I have all the patience in the world for the one piece anime if they want to stall as much time as they want, even if that be fillers. This is because one piece chapters contain so much material they can use one chapter and only make it "average" whereas mangas like Bleach need all these breaks but then still need to use 2-3 chapters to make a "average" episode.

I think its the worse if one piece have to drag out episodes severley as in this war there is going to be many epic moments and it is already seen how they can be ruined. I actually care about the one piece anime, as with sound, in the past IMHO I think they surpass what the manga can do with emotion. (if done well)

That's why I warned beforehand that this was a "clip show," in case any of you wanted to skip it.
Clip shows have no new material and are meant to build time for the animators.

I hope we don't get more silly fillers after the war. I'd be happier with Enel, CP9 or Gedatsu adventures.

^ Thats why I feel the anime studio should buy as much time as they need and can be given to prepare and give them the space to add the right amount of material into each episode. If done well, with the wide range of characters in the war I said it ages ago, their is huge room for short filler fights with characters that didn't get a lot of air time as most fights ended in deadlocks. The war is going to be sooo epic though, I hope they split parts of chapters into one episode I.E showing whitebeards entire full entrance plus marco and jozee in the same episode.

I'd be happier, if they do it like Bleach and just throw down some cheap filler arcs, so they the next arc has better pace / animation. Wouldn't mind waiting for another year for marineford. This way we would see all the strawhats again and we wouldn't have to bare something like the Impel Down arc again (I don't think I've seen one episode from ID twice). Unfortunalety nothing like that is going to happen, I predict we'll have again one chapter / one episode, lots and lots of filler between the episodes, stretching like crazy and a complete ruined marineford arc.

The pain arc in Naruto also had great potential, but look at it now
