Actually, I feel like this was the best episode we've seen for weeks. The only things messed were the scenes after Oars Jr. appeared, so I can't call it "awesome" nor "epic" - but I won't call it "mediocre" either.

The pace was fitting, and instead filling scenes with canon characters they finally used no name filler characters that aren't interesting at all. Characters were well drawn as well, much better than last week - but also much more than next week as it seems. The teaser for next episode sucks again and shows how much the animator directors lack of drawing skills - additionally:

Oars Jr. vs. Ronzu is going to be used as filler as Oars Jr. is hammering his sword onto Ronzu's several times... *sigh*

But, I hope this filler is going to be veeeery long since I'd love to see Hancock action done by someone who's able to draw her and her attacks better. Apparently, it won't come to this...

hm.. so this is it huh.. well, i wouldnt say it was a really bad episode like the last 3 ones, but i wont call it "good" either. i seriously ask: what has happened? why do they even go on air with this kind of bad animation and drawing, i am confused. Dont they watch the episodes before they are shown in the television?

So the time has come, and i have to say: i will stop watching the anime. Seriously, the BEST Arc ever, shown in this bad style is just.. well it makes Odas incredible work look like a cheap cartoon. We all know Oda is great but he needs to tell toei to make it much much better... It would be really sad if this continues and only childs are watching it.

So at this point i say: its sad, but my time for the anime has ended. I Wont watch it again, before Odas incredible work goes up in smoke i will only continue to read the manga..

hope someone replaces the current horrific anime artist with someone much more professional and talented at drawing. But, can't wait for the scene where buggy was forced to sacrifice for luffy and get sliced by mihawk and akainu magma punches Ace when Ace defends Luffy.

Guys they're rushing to make these episode fast. You cant really compare them to the older episodes.

Sorry, but I didn't like it much either.
It's probably complaining on a high level, but whitebeards eyes seemed dead in the first half or so, really plain (his overall looks were discussed earlier I assume...).
Fighting scenes were shown as coloured mangapanel with some kind of tremor - what kind of animation is that supposed to be? I'd rather they did their job properly here than showing masses of amazed and shocked people (especially those on the battlefield) /rant

But yeah, compared to the beginning episodes it seems a little improved and on the other hand, they probably couldn't animate it that much diffrently for the younger ones ...

Good episode ><, next week will be ok to look at I guess, because Oz Juinior was pretty cool, but just seemed a bit random and unecessary. I think Its ashame and it would have made so much of a difference if one piece through in a filler arc, just to give around 2 chapters per episode especially for ones that needed it. The only reason this episode was so good, was because they used like 1 and a half chapters.

Oh and I can't wait for Oda do bring marco back into the manga as he said he wanted to do more with his ability.

Ahh this last episode was much better, the pacing was fine and also the ending was fine as well. I don't have much to complain about in this episode, they corrected alot of the mistakes they made in the last 3, although I would have preferred more epic music for Marco's intro but decent episode.

Well at least this episode ended nice. But Oda should seriously watch the anime and realize that Toei is fucking it up. When Kizaru was fighting Marco they stood for like 2 or 3 minutes just saying "ooooo" and "aaaah" and mostly looking at each other. I can't take it anymore. If they don't want the anime to catch up to the manga the idiots should add a longer filler arc not just 2 or 3 episodes and then worry that it wasn't enough and kill the pacing of the arc. Why can't they make a cool filler arc like G8 was?

I'm just glad they stay true to the manga. If they took the type of animation liberties the Naruto team does I would rage and probably petition for Japan to get a couple more nukes dropped on them.

Nevermind that. I just prefer accuracy from the animators.

Well, I could complain on a hundred different levels about all the things that could be improved recently. Actually, I could've complained about a hundred different things 100 episodes back >_> The point being, I won't since I understand how close they are to the manga and now with the 4 weeks break, it's even worse.

I will say this though. I don't care if it's filler or canon, if you're going to do a fight scene, in the middle of the most badass, epic, WORLD SHAKING war in the history of One Piece, for the love of god do a good job T___T

Wow what can I say. This episode was a pretty nice pile of you know what.
Pacing, animation, etc. all the same complaints.

But let's talk about the good parts. I really liked the Schichibukai making their move. Boa's fight scene was nice IMO, as well as Don Flamingo, Moira and Kuma. Kuma's Ursus Shock was flippin' awesome !!!! But he got "ready" for like an hour, not to awesome.

At least it's something to watch

I liked that episode.. I know that it dont live up to expectations of most people here but It was "good" in my opinion
First time when we see animated hancocks ability and its really deadly in close combat.. Wonder if haki can protect from turning into stone, if not then one or two hits probably means defeat. Doflamingos ability is haxed against every not logia user so much that without some protection from his power(haki armor one again?) I really dont see any chance of fighting him one on one and winning if you are paramecia or zoan..

I really liked this episode it was pretty awesome and i didn't expected it the animation was pretty good but the thing i liked was the presantation the pacing was great and the music tottaly fits i reminds me of old one piece episodes which were awesome.Oh and something really important for me at least this episode has blood and more violence from the latest ones.
