Some truth was said in this chapter. Hinata loses more than 50% of his skills without Kageyama, but it is nothing to worry about apparently, they have reliable players in the bench. I neve saw that Narita guy before, but he seems synched with the rest of the team, the power of the team didn't decrease, at least it was not noticeable against the current opponent.
Do they really think that synched attack can be made without training hard? I bet they will mess up and finish the set.

You never saw Narita? Certainly you saw him, but you just don't remember! Is normal. Ennoshita, Narita and Kinoshita are the three 2nd years that are always there but they seem they aren't. They are like the kuroko of Haikyuu!! they have little presence. XP

I think the anime is doing a great job animating this. Its so nice seeing Datekou finally being somewhat animated and cant wait for their game in it. I cant wait for the post tournament to get animated someday some of the training stuff and matches these last few chapters, also that round with Bokuto and co is begging to be some of the best animated moments.

114 - 115

Had not realized before that we would be getting a Dateko and Aobajosai match, hoping for Oikawa Iwaizumi Kindachi to win out Dateko.

I had wanted a Dateko Karasuno or Karasuno Aobajosai rematch.

Chapter 114 was a demonstration of what extent the abilities of everybody of Karasuno improved, especially Hinata. Now they're a really strong team that has various techiniques to overcomes tough situations.

Chapter 115 left Karasuno victory uncertain, but I think it is just to put tension in the match. It will be a hard match, of course, but they'll win in the end if they play like they played with Jouzenji.

Aobajousai and Datekou will face each other in the Quarterfinals... No ideia who's gonna win. I hope they show this match as well, simultaneously with Karasuno's match.

Chapter 116

Karasuno will have a hard time to win upon Wakutaniminami, they're a very organized team with incredible abilities. Karasuno is not the same as before indeed, but they never faced a team like that. They don't feel intimidated by Hinata and his quick attack at all, their defenses is good, as much as the attack. Great example of exploiting the blocker and I'm not surprised by Small Giant's style being this one, it's the best way to face the blocker when you're short.

I have high expectation for this match. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Such a hard match, they are tied and the captains are showing their power of command, but... Daichi got injured apparently. Problems! D:

Chapter 118

I thought it was something more serious, but Daichi is alright apparently, he just needs some rest and he will be back on the court. Ennoshita was nervous, but he is recovering quite fast, he appears to be the spirited type, I think he will be able to manage with the situation until Daichi return. Probably the author will take advantage of it to show more about him. He was just a random player so far, let's see what he's got. xD

This scenario of the captain getting injured and putting pressure in the team reminds me Slam Dunk when Akagi got injured and had to go out of the match. His injury was way worse than Daichi's one though. xD

In the manga, Kuroo has more significant appearance especially as being part of the Gymnasium 3 group. I like Kenma's very laid-back attitude though...zero energy kind of thing.

The art is amazing this week isn't it? I really love how Furudate does the panels for matches or actions scenes, but this one just gives you the "hold your breath" kind of feeling.
