I think it is like it always his: The only one who actually knows when it returns is togashi and the team serrounding him.
And it would not simply be cancelled.
Unless togashi becomes really sick, he'd at least attempt a rushed ending in my opinion.

Togashi has back problems since his Yuyu Hakusho days, and I think the worst already happen (lastest chapters of Greed Island and Chimera Ant).
That's pretty obvious, he practicly sacrified the magazine release just to keep the story moving on. I don't see Shueisha canceling HxH or Togashi cuting the story. It will take time, but it will be amazing.

For a long time, I had a real manga fatique. But now there are so many nice series to read that i sometimes spend a whole evening slowly reading it while pausing and doing something else every few chapters to digest.
At the moment, there are four series i read. And three of those four i just started and never read em before.

I am reading tokyo ghoul, allrounder meguru, seven seeds and jojo.
I feel like whatever happens, i will never run out of jojo chapters.
And if i ever finish those, i can read spirit cycle because i really enjoyed lucifer and biscuit hammer back in the days

I like the diversity in the 4 i mentioned.
Tokyo ghoul is a shonen, but one of the smarter kind like HxH. I also really enjoy the maincharacter who is (at least to the point i read) not the usual 'i learn everything on a fly' person. That was refreshing.

Allrounder meguru (sportfighting manga) is a good motivation for getting back in form (just started doing martial arts again) and on a whole and it is a more realistic approach on the genre than some things i just could not even force myself to keep reading (looking at you, karate shoukoushi and baki). It is a bit like Ippo but with characters I like a lot better than in ippo.

Seven Seeds is just great. You are unsuspecting at first because it is a shojo after all. So you get your romance subplots (WHICH - I - HATE, just for the record) and a rather mellow drawing style (which i dislike, i often cannot tell apart characters)
So why do i still like it when such big parts are unappealing to me? Well, simply because it is the best post apokalyptic manga i know. And i actually do think that the shojo genre does offer a lot of potential here, because psot apokalypse works a lot on character relationships and those are usually rather shallow in shonen or even seinen.
It also does a lot to keep things interesting. At times, it might introduce too many characters, but the mainarcs are pretty good and it has a very good balance between drama and funny things.
It also does a very good job at worldbuilding and showing wastelands which were once megacities and evolution at work.

Lastly, jojo.
Honestly`? I know nothing about jojo. I have read the first characcter arc to some point and then stopped for no reason. I also know that many people will tell me to start with the better rated arcs. BUt that is not how i role.
And i enjoy the first arc. It has a traditional appeal to it when it comes to manga.
I feel like i am in for a real ride as the manga evolved.

So, i cannot complain about not having enough to read (and after all, i am also an avid comic reader)....But i'd still be overjoyed when eventually the message will pop up here that togashi continues.

well, to be fair, the HxH sales didnt decline like the bleach sales. Togashi would have a much harder time if he wouldnt sell the amounts he does.

NO! Read them all in order, it's very important especially for the first parts.

Exactly. Even though it's one of the first parts, Part 2 is still my favorite arc of all time :nod.

Tokyo Ghoul is a seinen BTW.

Ah, i did not know that, but it makes sense if i think about all the literary allusions in it.

So far, i enjoy the almost immediate tension between dio and jonathan.
When i think about it, it is rare to have a situation like that in which the 'evil brother' does not turn into a friend at some point (which i highely suspect won't happen, dio is too ruthless for that).
Also, having a tiny, basic cast of important people is refreshing in times where mangas tend to have a million characters who become irrelevant almost after their introduction. At least jojo so far does not fool me into thinking someone is important who isnt.

also: what really is my music of the manga for jojo is the silent hll soundtrack. fits surprisingly well.

Man why cant I be born in a parallel Universe where Hunter X Hunter doesnt have hiatuses.
It doesnt even need to be parallel universe. If this universe is infinite, then out there in space is an infitine number of earthses almost 100 % the same as the one we live on, but with the 0.00001 % difference that Hunter x hunter there doesnt have hiatus and is equally good.
Those damn lucky mf getting to live on a better earth :(

There are insanely many timelines and places in this universe ad the fact that there even is one earth is a big luck, that it has humans is a bigger one and that there is togashi who was able to become a mangaka is yet even great luck.

So celebreate that you live close to the right universe, timeline, place and time :p

So far the pattern is that togashi always returns when i did something stressful in my life, oddly enough.
So my new guess is january-february 2017. He better be back by then as reward <:

Also, i wanna see ohow leorio would react on the nenghosts .

What does that means, featuring?
You don't remember?

Each issue will focus exclusively on a single Weekly Shonen Jump manga creator, and will include both a booklet and a DVD. The booklets will include: interviews with creators that reveal the secret story behind their debut, reproductions of artwork exclusive to the magazine, and paper that helps readers trace and draw famous scenes from the creators' manga. The accompanying DVDs will go behind-the-scenes with manga creators at their workspace, feature interviews, and offer insight into manga creators' creative process and their lives.
The next issue is for November 2 and it's about Togashi.

Oh, thx, awesome. And yeah, i forgot that this was scheduled over Togashi serializing again.

Wonder what togashi's workspace looks like, lol.
Maybe he can rule out all the 'togashi lives in a trashfilled flat' talk, because i would assume that togashi is quite the tidy guy in his workspace.

This is pretty old (he is inking heavens arena arc) but his studio is pretty big, considering other studios I saw even for mangakas and assistants together.

All these people look so edgy.
Why do i not look edgy?

Good to see those overworked people enjoying themselves.
