She was sent to the future in x777 and Alvarez arc takes place in x792 which is 15 years later. If Anna was 18-21 when she travelled to the future then she's only 33-36 which is plenty of time to have children and right around Ichiya's age.
Well we don’t know Anna’s age since her age was never revealed so we can only guess her age. But yeah Anna does to still be in her child bearing years and if Anna went back in time and had Icihya’s child maybe Anna de-aged. Which just just give me a thought what if Anna being sent back in time is the reason why Zeref knows about Layla and Anna opening the Eclipse Gate even through he wasn’t there.

Let to know the wiki isn’t always accurate so the wiki saying that Natsu was 12 when he went though the Eclipse Gate doesn’t seem right since Natsu’s real age was never revealed.
math though. (there was a seven year gap between 777 and the start of the story. Natsu is 21 at the end and given how between that and Tenrou there a nine year gap in Natsu development, means he was 12 after coming through the gate.)
Oh math I suck at math. But besides that I guess Natsu could have been 12 at the time when he passed through the Eclipse Gate.

FT and their bunch are fun and uncomplicated people. But innocence is something one cannot keep.
Then she would have been 5-8 when she met Natsu (if he was 10-13 when he went through the gate). I don't think he age was revealed but it was around Lucy/Lisanna’s and Gajeels which is 17-20. She was a grown woman when she taught Natsu to read and she had a daughter because she passed the info down to evenually Layla. That would mean she has to be at least 20 years older than him. Her age through the gate was at least 30. 30+15=45. That's the youngest her presumable age would be and highly unlikely to have children. I like the idea of time travel back idea but how would Layla get the info on opening the gate?
Anna only needs to be around 15 years older than Natsu since he was already around 4-5 (based on appearance) when he got resurrected and met Igneel. If Anna was 18-20 when she met Natsu then she would be 23-25 when he got sent to the future and 38-40 now which still gives her a decade left to have children.
Actually Anna will be kyle reese here, he was the time traveller in transformers movie..
