He’s not drawing the sequel but he is writing the sequel and as for the other spin off we don’t know.

Who is going to spend a huge amount of money for such a strange mission?
Well I don’t know maybe Mavis which I don’t see any point to the 100 Year Quest being about finding fairies since Zera was the fairy Mavis was suppose to meet. Also if the 100 Year Quest isn’t about finding fairies then it could be about stopping the slave trade.
I agree. Any mission is a paid job... So obviously Mavis who is dead could not give them money for it
thats my guess too seeing if they exist and do they have tails was the biggest mystery throughout the series
Fairies do exist but they don't have tails which was seen in Fairy Tail Zero and in the last chapter so there's no point to the 100 Year Quest being about finding fairies.

It's obviously a reference to the very basis of the guild. It was also the very first adventure that Mavis and her group went on after setting up the guild. The guild was set up over a hundred years ago. The quest is 100 years quest, a quest that no one has been able to complete in 100 years. It fits when you think about it. ;o
