I don't know about Guyver but I know Berserk isn't supposed to be a weekly release (HxH is supposed to be such)

for me I read Berserk once every 5 years or so, it seems more satisfying like that but at this rate 5 years of Berserk will have more events than 5 years of HxH.. Togashi sometimes seems to be stalling (that's how it feels to me at times) with entire chapters about the wolf or the octopus (I even remember about half a chapter was spent describing some stinkin' elevator!! )

the end of the current story arc seems to be ever elusive..

I have to disagree with you there! Many things happened these past five years in HunterXHunter, such as the whole invasion of Netero and crew against the top ants.

While Berserk is still on the boat trip that just started. Everything is exactly the same, except we get a year of Ganishka's minions appearing and being fought one after the other in very similar scenes.

I can't complain about either, as they're eons above the current quality of Bleach, in example.

But Berserk is way harder in terms of wait than HxH. A whole year just to start a fight, a whole year just to set sail, a whole year just to finish killing a sea-monster... a whole year just to see Elf Island on the horizon?? =(

the immediate foreshadowing to Gons power has me thinking Togashi plans to ramp up his power quickly if he hasnt already, to a level so high that the manga may end in the next couple of arcs. doubt it was his original intention, but as slow as he's been moving with whatever problems he's been having, seems likely he might want to rush the conclusion.

i've seen the sleepyfans release of hunter x hunter in another site as well as the mangastream.

not sure about sleepy fans but mangastream has a disclaimer noted in the fine print asking not to rehost their scans. I missed it and am one of those people who prefers ddl to RO...but guess thats why I didnt get any thanks. Sry

The chapter is out on onemanga. Does anyone know why you can't just download sleepyfans' releases anymore? It's not cool having to go to onemanga everytime you want to read the latest HxH chapter.

If sleepyfans for whatever reason decide not to upload the chapter to MH then they don't. No one else can upload their scans. They have to upload their own releases otherwise you will have to read them somewhere else.
They could be waiting just like they did with Naruto, it was up on OM before MH, sometimes you just need to have patience.

I bet he didn't expect that, he though that the king will challenge him to a stamina battle and see who's stamina runs out first, but so far the king has outsmarted him, the fight is far from over though imo..

I didn't expect to care much for the outcome of the battle but I ended rooting for the king because Netero pissed me off with his superior holier than thou attitude (you insolent newborn insect!!)

I knew he'd arrive at that point, making concessions that will never be accepted by the Hunters. What I wish to see now is how Togashi will resolve this issue with his usual theatrics.
