just found this thread........inuyasha was my first manga, so i guess it has a special place in my heart, but i'm glad to see that it seems to be ending soon. the latest chapters have been pretty exciting, though

Inuyasha one of the first mangas that I ever readed, but for lack of time, I just Stopped in chapter 410, if' i'm not mistaken, but one question: Until the last time I saw, I knew that the anime won't be producted anymore, but it's was a long time, but still, in the presents days, there's any chance to producted new episodes in the anime?

Just out of curiosity, what chapter number is it up to now?

I want Inuyasha to kill Kagome then in a rage Kill Naraku whilst killing Rin forcing Sesshomaru to kill Inuyasha then ressurect Rin for the nineteenth time.

Inkovic - that reminds me of a kid who came up to my art table at a convention once and asked me to draw Inuyasha killing Kagome.

Well it looks like this series is wrapping up. I can't see there be too many more chapters left. If I had to guess I would say no more than 5 chapters left.

Naraku is officially dead seeing as Miroku's kazaana is no more, but thanks to Naraku, Kagome is apparently in the present time and the bone eaters well is gone. And apparently, the shikon no tama feared Kagome, so now Inuyasha is off to try and save her.

It's been a very long time since I've been wanting the next chapter of Inuyasha to come so badly. Anyway, I am excited to see how Takahashi is going to wrap this up. I hope the ending is good and definitive. I have read 553 chapters, and I don't want something ambiguous.

yeah, this chapter was certainly a doozy! it's gonna be hard waiting for next week to come

and it does seem like naraku is actually dead. finally! i just can't believe the well is gone. i thought that not having the shikon no tama would prevent kagome from going back and forth between eras, but the passage itself is now gone. i guess somehow they're using meidous to travel somewhere? is kagome back in her own time (in a spiffy new uniform) or elsewhere?

I was really looking forward to seeing a new non-Naraku villain sometime, but after 533+ chapters, I'm just looking forward to a good ending. (And like what predsfan said, something decisive) ^_^

Yes, Maybe another villain besides Naraku could be boring; after all, he's the villain for about 10 years!! I cannot remember that some other villain so old in a manga;


And after all the efforts, Inuyasha deserves a great ending with such time

First, and most important: OH MY GOD SHE CHANGED HER UNIFORM!!

And it fits her. I was so tired of the sailor thing. This is something that should have been done a lot sooner in the manga I mean, who's wearing that on one's own free will to fight monsters in a medieval world?

As for the rest. I can't at all imagine what will happen during the next chapter. But I was very very happy for Miroku. Will this volume be the last one? Hm, hard to say, I think.

Wouldn't it be ironic if after being released from the curse Miroku died from all the shouki he's sucked up? I think it would be pretty funny.

Well, I guess the jewel is evil, and it is now trying to force Kagome to make a selfish wish on the jewel so its existence can continue on. Meanwhile, Inuyasha is fighting his way through the demon's in the jewel to get to save her.

From the looks of it this should be wrapped up no later than 560. Man it's weird, this is the manga that got me into manga and 550+ chapters later, it's almost over. Anyway, I am hoping there is a whole chapter dedicated to an epilogue to completely wrap things up. Anyway, I can't wait for the next chapter.

so all this time, this was just a preview of kagome's life back in the present? dang, i was loving her new uniform, too

i always thought that the jewel was described as being neither good nor evil, but now it seems like the jewel is evil or at least just self-serving. well anyway, there's no way kagome will make a selfish wish to save herself. i think it might be more along the lines of wishing that the jewel didn't exist or for the well-being of her friends or something. definitely something selfless.

yeah, this was my first manga as well and i agree that this thing is gonna end really, really soon. some epilogue to wrap up the loose ends would be welcome for me. i need closure

I guess its finally happening, one chapter of Inuyasha left. As for this chapter, I can't really say Kagome's wish was surprising, but it appears as if everything is finally over. All that's left to find out is what will become of Inuyasha and Kagome. I say this, because it is quite obvious how the rest of the major characters will end up (except maybe Sessoumaru). All I can say is the next chapter had better have some extra pages and I had better get some serious closure or I will be pissed. It is kind of exciting, though.

she goes Past a Boy and we just see him from behind and see his Pigtail
