Master Raizen isn’t going down this arc regardless. So no need to worry about the conventions that govern a regular arc. An Laxus has gotten 2 fights this arc and last arc. So did Jellal, for that matter he had 3.
Laxus got one and Jellal got zero.

Ehh. I count it together with Erza lol. The 'fight' was basically Laxus barely moving from his place and tanking everything that Kiria threw at him, and finishing her off in one or two hits and a special move.
He still wasted a lot of MP on a Secret Art so I'd count it.
I think a 'lot' is reaching. Maybe 5-10% of his magic power. Maybe it would've made a difference in Erza fight, but that's about it. As a standalone thing, it was nothing for Laxus
